Parking and garage access inside the building, bike rentals, jet skis are available for rent (with the personal request). This seaside oasis is perfect for those who’s seeking balance, privacy and cool ocean breeze and it will make you want to extend your visit or to come back soon! We are very excited to host you here! The Space: The property is a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a spacious closet. The living room has a comfortable couch and is equipped with a smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a Nespresso machine for you to use. There is also a washing machine and a separate dryer in the unit. The balcony has an outdoor sofa, perfect for relaxing overlooking the Marina. Other Things to Note: NO PARTIES, LOUD MUSIC MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY MUST BE RESPECTED AT ALL TIMES ANY PARTIES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION No parties, loud music or gatherings of more than 5 people allowed in the house No music after 10pm Pets allowed on a case by case basis - please check with host before check in - $90 per pet/per day Smoking prohibited indoors and outdoors - $250 fine $35 charge per towel for any stained/ruined towel $200 charge if the house is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaning Guests must be transparent and truthful about the questions asked by the house at booking. Any incorrect information provided may result in immediate eviction without refund. Non compliance with the rules cited above or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction. Upon check in, please report any damages to avoid being charged. We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue, we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you! Interaction with Guests: Cancellation policy Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

The condo is beautiful and clean as advertised. The neighbourhood is safe and very walkable. The property manager was accessible but we did have trouble at check in because the property manager advised that the only way to access the building was to wait outside and tailgate someone else entering. This was not ideal after a long day driving, and it made us feel uncomfortable, but we were given no other option. We waited 45 minutes and were successful in accessing the condo. Again, the condo was consistent with photos. However, the air conditioning did not work for the first day we were there, and there was only 1 facecloth provided in the 2 bed 2 bath unit. We did finally figure out how to reset the AC unit ourselves on the second day, and it worked. We were unable to access the pool facilities as instructed using our key. We contacted the property manager again and were advised that the only way we could use the pool was to tailgate someone else with a key entering the pool. When we tried this we were confronted by a resident and told that short term renters are and not allowed in the building or at the pool. We also noticed signs posted in the building clearly indicating that short term renters are not allowed. This made our stay uncomfortable and we would not have rented this property if we had known. I will be more careful in future to make sure I only rent in buildings that welcome VBROs.

Love the deco of the apartment, great views and a great location, approximately 25min from the airport, very clean. The host Stephenie is very helpful. Next time when we come to LA, we will book it again.

On the plus side, the apartment was very comfortable and had a great view. The location was great! It overlooks the Marina and the promenade and is extremely walkable. The swimming pool and hot tub were big pluses. On the minus side, the floor inside the apartment, while swept, was not clean, as evidenced by your feet getting dirty walking on it. The garage opener did not work from within your car; it was necessary to get out of the car for it to activate which was a minor inconvenience. Other than that, everything else was good and our stay was enjoyable.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marina Del Rey. Location is ideal with good secure parking and easy access. Easy to get everywhere we needed yet still very quite and peaceful. Enjoyed sitting on balcony with breakfast watching the boats in the marina. Apartment was spotless with everything we needed. Would definitely go back there if in the LA area again

The weather was perfect and we spent a lot of time on our balcony. The unit is well represented on the website and we enjoyed our time there. Stephanie answered all of my questions quickly as I had them during our stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

My husband & I stayed in this condo with another couple. If we needed something, the property manager made sure we had it! She was very attentive. The condo itself is in a beautiful location and the corner unit is a great vantage point for just looking at the marina and enjoying the weather. Would highly recommend.

The condo overall is immaculate and so is the building. The view of the marina was amazing and we loved the community. I would def recommend this to anyone who’s seeking a safe and quiet area to vacation.

My wife and I traveled with our two kids for a few days in LA. First the good points: great location in Marina Del Rey. Close to lively Venice and Santa Monica beaches. Also, the 2-bed/bath layout is nice with each on separate sides of the condo. Love the Marina view balcony. However, the condo misses on a few details. First at check-in. We were asked to call the property owner upon arrival to be let in, but it took 45 minutes for them to respond while we waited outside. Second, the bathtub drain plugs didn’t work well. So, they were showers without a bath option. And, the bathroom faucets are backwards. Cold is hot and hot is cold. As for the complex, one elevator was out of order while we were there. It was fixed the day we left. All told, they were minor inconveniences, but unexpected nonetheless.

Wonderful stay! Loved the property. Check in not easy. Also assumes car rental, which not everyone will do. I had also requested an early check in, sent multiple emails asking, never heard back at all and subsequently changed my itinerary. Would have appreciated at least a response. Other than that a lovely stay!

Great location. Nice modern condo for 2 couples. Beautiful view of Marina from balcony. Only issue we had was with original booking. Their on-line tool canceled and refunded our payment unexpectedly. However, they responded quickly to resolve.

We had a great stay at this property there’s beautiful view of the marina. A fabulous restaurant just steps away and we ate there almost everyday. The condo is clean, the beds are comfortable and you’ll find all your basic essential towels, coffee machine and kitchen wares etc.. Venice beach is within walking distance and a quick Uber to Santa Monica beach.
