We had a great time staying here. The location is ideal for a summer getaway. There is so much to do and you can walk to most of it. If you don't feel like walking, the bike path is right across the street. If you don't feel like biking, you can take a boat or a bus or the free beach shuttle. Or drive, if you really want to, because the parking is easy and free. The condo itself is in good shape and has been nicely appointed. It's in an older building in an enormous complex. We enjoyed the tennis courts which were easy to book once we got registered with the club. The fitness facility was very large with any kind of equipment you could want as well as several group fitness classes. I attended a few and was really happy with the level of workout I got. We didn't use the pools, but there were 3, one of them a lap pool. But I was so busy with the other opportunities, I never got around to it. The bike path and the restaurants in the area and the proximity to all of LA was a real treat. And the view was so nice. Even though it's only on the 3rd floor, because the 5 levels of garage are below, we get an 8th floor view. The owner was so responsive and kind. He was quick to solve any problem I had and answer any question.

My husband and I had a great time! The location, amenities and especially the view from the place were fantastic. The weather was amazing so we enjoyed both some pool time and also took a little stroll down to Venice Beach. We loved the area. Also, Emma and Erik were great hosts with super communication. Thank you! We would love to come back again soon!

The property was gated with security which made our family feel safe with staying within walking distance to the beach and area restaurants. The property also had lots of amenities (tennis courts and pool) that the family enjoyed. Eric and Emma were great to work with as well.

Erik's apartment is spactious. Was a great place for my husband and I to work at our desks and to host a stream of visitors including family of four and our adult son over the holidays. The panoramic view is stunning, with snow on the mountains and the sunset's glow reflected on the buildings. We made full use of the many amenities including classes in the 90 heated pool and a large, clean, quiet gym. Erik was an exceptionally gracious host. He brought us a welcome gift and immediately replaced a couple of kitchen items that were damaged. One cannot imagine a more accomodating host.

We stayed at Erik's property for two months. Simply put, it was amazing. The views, both day and night, were life-giving! (Working full time and going to grad school, sometimes those amazing views were the only thing that kept me going.) Also, our toddler had the time of his life here. He loved gazing out the windows or playing with the toys that are conveniently on hand. As well, we were both easily able to work from home here (despite being in meetings all day) given the space and furniture. Side note: The place is fully stocked! Take an inventory before going out to buy anything besides perishables. A couple of times we ended up buying things that were already there! As a host, Erik went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Knowing we were travelling with a young toddler, he prepared a welcome package for us that included diapers and baby food! During our stay, communication was always easy; he was always available to quickly answer questions and address any concerns and was incredibly accommodating. It's clear he is genuinely committed to ensuring the best possible experience for his guests. Overall we are really grateful for the time we spent at Erik's place and grateful for Eriks' dedication to the quality of the experience. No regrets and beautiful memories!

Erik’s place was absolutely perfect. The community has 2 wonderful heated pools, tennis courts, a gym, right on a marina - everything you could ask for. The apartment is spacious and lovely with a wonderful view. Erik could not be easier to communicate with and is a wonderful person and host. We look forward to staying with Erik again soon.

We really enjoyed our stay at Eric's place. It has everything you need and Eric was super responsive and helpful at all times. Besides being clean and overall very nicely decorated, the beds are comfortable and the WiFi is super fast (over 150 Mbit). We would always come back here and can only recommend it.

My girlfriend said “I’ve never been so motivated to work from home.” What a great experience. The place was spacious and had amazing views. Close to the beach, park and all the places you need to go. Erik really made an effort to ensure we enjoyed our time there. Checking in on us and all kinds of little things: champagne, fully stocked kitchen, flowers....even little cupcakes to welcome us! Thanks again!

We had an great time renting this apartment, everything was exactly what I expected and some. The little office space is great for working from home but the views overlooking the skyline of downtown LA can be a tad distracting. The location is ideal since the grocery store (Ralph’s/ Trader Joe’s) is 3 minutes away and the community is very active so don’t be surprised to see people accessing the trails or carrying surfboards to the beach. A long winded answer is, yes, regardless if you’re looking for a weekend trip or an extended staycation I recommend this apartment.

I cannot recommend this property or Erik enough. Prior to our arrival, Erik sent us videos of the apartment to get a better sense and was so responsive. He made the check-in process flexible and easy and even left cupcakes and champagne for us. He cared greatly about giving us the best experience possible. The apartment is spacious, incredibly clean, and stocked with pastas and canned items. He had an entire closet with shampoo, soap, over-the-counter medications, cleaning supplies, toothbrushes, etc. It was amazing. Erik also continuously checked in to make sure things were going well and to see if there was anything he could do for us. He paid attention to every detail and is patient and helpful. My group was on Zoom classes all day with a minimum of 6 devices connected to the wifi at a time and we had no issues at all. The apartment is fully equipped for this online world. The apartment is in the perfect location and I felt incredibly safe my entire stay. Only minutes from the beach, Venice, Santa Monica, and more freeways than you could imagine. I did not want to leave this apartment and I hope to rent it again. Thank you for everything, Erik!

The neighbors are extremely welcoming and friendly. And the facilities in the complex are satisfactory. The place is very secure.
