Community amenities-Ski Lift Hill, Indoor & Outdoor Pools, Lake Front Beach, Playgrounds, Basketball Courts, Racquetball Court, Fitness Center, Top of the World Restaurant. Bushkill Falls, Shawnee ski, TreeVenture Zip lining, Snow tubing and golf courses are all within a 15-minute drive. Camelback ski/water park resort are only 35 minutes away. This home has 4 bed rooms with 2.5 baths and sleeps up to 12 comfortably. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans for baking and cooking. The kitchen has a Coffee machine, toaster, utensils, plates, bowls, wine glasses, and much more. The living room offers a propane gas fireplace to keep you warm during Netflix and chill nights. All rooms have smart TVs with Netflix, Hulu, and a few other apps for your convenience. The spacious master bedroom offers a king-size bed, master bathroom with 2 personal tub and a shower. We provide a washer/dryer on the first floor near the bedroom for your convenience. The large wrap-around deck has a gas grill and lots of seating space. There is also a sitting area with a fire pit under the trees. This property is perfect for entertaining with family and friends. Guest Access: Access to all areas of house except the below - Garage - Pantry in the kitchen - Closet under the stairs - One closet in master bedroom (There is a second closet in Master Bed for your use) Note: - We have ring surveillance around the property for safety - We are an indoor smoke-free home (Absolutely no smoking inside the house) Saw Creek Community rules. - 6 complimentary badges come with your booking. They will give you access to the amenities. Children under 5 years old do not need a badge. - All guests must be registered at the office to be able to enter the main gate. You will need to provide a list with names, address and phone numbers 10 days prior the check in date. - No loud or unreasonable sound after 10:30 PM. - Respect the neighbors not playing loud music that can bother them. - Fire Works are prohibited - During your stay don’t leave garbage outside to prevent rodents and wild animals. - All trashes must be dumped in the dumpster near Mill Pond Townhome before you check out to avoid community fines. (Community map will be available for reference). - Dogs must be added during booking with payment of pet fee - Dogs should be in the crate if no one is in the house. - Dogs must be on a leash at all times when outside the house. They are not allowed on the sofa, bed or any other furniture - Please clean up after your dog or $200 clean up fee will apply.

It’s a beautiful place and the community as well, the only thing I would like them to improve about the place is the curtains needs to be blacked out, because as soon as the sun goes out it is imposible to sleep.

The house was nicer than pictured. Very open and comfortable. The host was super receptive and check in/out information was very clear. The house was very well appointed and fit 12 of us comfortably. We enjoyed the backyard, and did some local hikes. There were some fun board games which we enjoyed. Overall, a great stay, looking forward to staying again soon!

The house in general is nice and spacious, the pool is very close to the house , we had a great time! the kitchen has all the basics to cook, if you bring your own pantry, but in particular I have to mention that the people in charge (The cleaners ) are not doing their job well, since I myself had to wash the bathtub in the master bedroom to be able to use it because it was dirty, we had to vacuum the living room and we also found dirt in the kitchen, which was I let the host know at the time, who was always responsible for answering all my questions. With everything already mentioned, we had a pleasant weekend. Thank you.
