Wir haben uns bei Katarina von Anfang an richtig wohlgefühlt! Das Apartment war sehr sauber, gemütlich und es war wirklich alles da, was wir gebraucht haben. Besonders toll fanden wir die Lage direkt am Meer – einfach raus und schon ist man am Strand. Gerade mit Kindern ist es dort perfekt, weil alles ruhig ist und man sich keine Sorgen wegen vorbeifahrender Autos machen muss.
Katarina war von der ersten Nachricht bis zu unserer Abreise unglaublich freundlich und herzlich. Sie war jederzeit erreichbar, hat uns mit vielen Tipps versorgt und sich wirklich darum gekümmert, dass es uns gut geht. Man merkt einfach, dass ihr ihre Gäste am Herzen liegen. 😊
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne und entspannte Zeit und haben uns fast wie zu Hause gefühlt. Für uns steht fest: Wenn wir wieder nach Čiovo kommen, dann sehr gerne wieder zu Katarina! ❤️

A magical place you will want to return to again and again!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Situs Katarina, and we can honestly say that this is one of those special places that stays in your heart and memory for a long time.
The apartments are incredibly clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. But what impressed us the most was the huge terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea. It has everything you need for a perfect holiday: a comfortable relaxation area, a grill/BBQ area, and, most importantly, the feeling of being completely surrounded by the sea and nature.
Another huge advantage is the private entrance directly to the beach. Guests have their own dedicated spot with a private table, sun umbrella, and sun loungers. The beach is clean, cozy, and peaceful, and the sea is literally right at your doorstep. It is exactly the kind of place where you can wake up, step outside with a cup of coffee, look at the sea, and realize that you simply don’t want to go anywhere.
And the views from the terrace are something truly special. They are absolutely mesmerizing. You can sit there for hours, watching the sea, listening to the waves, and simply enjoying the incredible atmosphere.
But perhaps the most valuable part of this place is the people. Katarina is an incredibly open, kind, warm-hearted, and caring person. She is always ready to help and does everything she can to make her guests feel comfortable and genuinely welcome. Her family is also wonderful — very kind, friendly, and welcoming, which makes the atmosphere here even warmer and more homely.
Situs Katarina is not just a beautiful apartment by the sea. It is a place where you can truly relax your soul. The cleanliness, the sea, the breathtaking views, the beautiful beach, the wonderful people, and that special atmosphere make you feel as if you have found your own little paradise.

Osobní předání, luxusní poloha přímo u moře. Takže jsme z bytu chodili v plavkách. Nádherný výhled na moře a na hory.
