Apartamentul este frumos și are tot ce ți-ar trebuie pentru a te gospodării singur. Parcarea se face în curtea proprietății și gazda, care locuiește deasupra, nu te deranjează pe parcursul șederii. Există o scurtătură care te duce la plajă în 10-12 minute de mers pe jos.
A fost destul de stresant din cauza furnicilor. Este plin de furnici roșii atât la bucătărie cât și în camere. Nu poți pregătii nimic pe blatul de la bucătărie că în câteva minute apar de peste tot și cu greu reușești să faci ce ți-ai propus. Mai mult, noaptea mișună pe pereți și se urcă în pat și este o senzație total neplăcută să le simți pe lângă tine sau chiar să te ciupească. Din acest motiv nu ne-am odihnit deloc bine.

Die Wohnung war modern und sehr sauber. Ivana war sehr freundlich und hat sich immer sofort auf whatsapp gemeldet und sofort geholfen. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine Klimaanlage und 2 Schlafzimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten und Klimageräten. Die Terrasse war ein Traum, leider ohne Meerblick...es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.
Der Hahn auf einem Nebengrundstück und eine große Baustelle in der Nachbarschaft...aber das sind Kritikpunkte, die vom Eigentümer nicht beeinflussbar sind. In der Hochsaison wird auf auf der Baustelle allerdings nicht gearbeitet..

The apartment was very clean and tidy with ample space and satisfactory kitchen and bathroom.. Our car had its own garage space. The location was a in a quiet side street in a residential district, a five to ten minute walk from the beach and shops.
For us, staying one night and using the apartment as a base to visit Split, the apartment was fine.
