Staff was lovely and very helpful, and communication before arrival was also excellent. We messaged the hotel a few times ahead of our visit and responses were always prompt and informative. The studio room comes with two separate bedrooms (one double and 1 single) and that is great for families but also if traveling with friends where you prefer a bit of extra space. The views from the room were beautiful and the location is perfect! The cafe, spa and restaurant are also very convenient.
The A/C in our room was a little bit noisy but not enough to disturb sleep. There is a kettle and cups in the room, but no coffee or tea packets so keep that in mind, and the lift is on the smaller side so if you are visiting as a family with multiple bags (and or strollers) you may need two trips. All minor things though.

The staff at the reception were lovely and very helpful. We were really pleased with our suite. Really comfortable bed. Great views of the rock formations.
I really liked the restaurant, food was good but for the breakfast I felt as if we were an inconvenience. Both mornings, young people scrolling on their phones. Had we known we were the only ones, we would have preferred to have breakfast in our room.
