Excellent emplacement si vous souhaitez être en plein centre-ville, tout est accessible à pied. Plages plus loin (besoin de prendre la voiture).
L’appartement est sublime, très confortable et bien équipé. Le parking, bien qu’un peu étroit, est un véritable avantage et un plus non négligeable en plein centre-ville.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et recommandons vivement cet appartement !
L’insonorisation : on entend assez facilement les bruits provenant des autres appartements, notamment les conversations et les déplacements.

De centrale ligging. Hygiene. Aardige eigenaar en caretaker.
De garageplek is ontzettend smal. Er is vrijwel geen ruimte om te manouvreren. Als je je auto schadevrij wil houden parkeer je beter ergens anders.
Het is erg gehorig. Verkeer en mensen op straat zijn erg goed hoorbaar, storend.
Het appartement heeft GEEN 2 volledige badkamers maar een badkamer en een aparte WC.
