About this cottage rental
The Vintners Creek Cottage is a luxurious 2000sqft 4 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms home located at Vintners Creek Resort. Enjoy views of the lake while reading a book or having your morning coffee. Amazing private Sandy beach with swimming area. Pathways to stroll. Spend the evening down at the beach and enjoy smores around the fire pit. Area 27 is just down the road. Wineries and fruit stands nearby. The perfect family holiday!

House right on the lake. Can’t beat that. We loved having coffee and breakfast outside in the morning and cocktails and dinner at night. Kitchen was well appointed and it was great having 3 bathrooms. There is virtually no landscaping around property which is unfortunate - takes it down a notch. Wish they had floaties or things to play with in the lake. Cushions were missing from the some of the outdoor furniture so we had to improvise. Dust bunnies under the bed blew out when we opened French doors - so we had to deal with those. Also the frames of the French doors were encased with a tonne of dirt from the winter. One of the bathroom lights kept turning off after a minute which frustrated my elderly father when he was in the middle of shaving. These are just nit picky things - would recommend staying here.

I was on a golf and winery tour with 3 friends and it worked out very well with the 4 bedrooms. The home was very clean and we spent our evenings having dinner on the deck. It can be a bit tricky to locate initially but if you follow the instructions provided then you should be fine. (We arrived after dark and were able to locate it without any problems.)

-construction of house not finished
-open wire in master bedroom
-stairs in master bedroom dangerous
(due to no railings)
-no bedside tables or lamps or closet in master bedroom
-appliances and kitchen dishes were dirty (we had to wash them prior to use
-no cleaning supplies
-water was not drinkable
-stains on the duvets (bedding)
-light switches and doors were filthy
-not covid sanitized
-I can provide pictures of the deficiencies if needed
-very disappointed as my first time experience using VRBO
-I would find it difficult to believe the accuracy of any listings that VRBO has on their website
