THIS PROPERTY RENTS WEEKLY, FRIDAY - FRIDAY, JUNE - SEPTEMBER 4 NIGHT STAYS AVAILABLE IN THE SHOULDER SEASON. ______________________________________________________________ NEW in 2021- NEW SWIM FLOAT, COOKTOP, AND KITCHEN COUNTERTOPS If you saw the movie, On Golden Pond, this pond is reminiscent of that tranquil setting. Listen to the Loons. Watch the lake smoke drift. Take in the colors of the sunrise. Breathe. Relax. Renew. De-stress. That is what this house by the water on private, exclusive Dexter Pond is all about! _______________________________ THE LAKEHOUSE: The fully-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a nicely decorated formal dining room, and an invitingly comfortable living room with large windows overlooking the lake. The living room has a 60" smart TV/DVD/VCR, a DVD library, and free WIFI. There is a BBQ grill just off the open deck. The yard surrounding the house can accommodate a Bocce game or croquet. Horseshoes and a croquet set are available. Main Level: Includes the kitchen, dining room, bathroom with tub/shower combo, living room, and access to the deck and yard. There is also a queen bedroom with en-suite bath with shower, and a second queen bedroom with large windows overlooking the lake. The entire floor is fully air conditioned! Lower Level (walk out basement): Features a family room with second TV/VCR/DVD, a small kitchenette, and a bedroom with two single beds. There is a full bathroom with a shower on this level. ____________________________________________________ Comfortably furnished with all the conveniences you could need for six (6) people. The home sits on 6 acres with 300 feet of waterfront. There is a dock (with 6 feet of water), steps walking into the water and a swim float with ladder and popup lounge chairs moored 100 feet offshore. Bring water shoes. One adult kayak, one child kayak, and one rowboat are included; launch, swim or fish from your private dock and offshore swim float. ______________________________________ BEDROOMS: (1) Queen, (1) King, (1) Single, (1) Single BATHROOMS: (1) Full with tub/shower, (1) en suite with shower, (1) Full with shower DOGS PERMITTED? Dogs are negotiable, just give us a call!
