Beautiful space and great value for money.

This property had amazing views and comfortable. The picture above doesn’t reflect what it truly looked like.

It definitely needed a clean outside. Cobwebs everywhere. Insects galore even inside the rooms. The outdoor furniture needed a clean too.

Very very disappointed

The view of the lake is amazing

Was told by numerous emails that check in was at 3. We arrived at 3.30 only to find that the house had not been cleaned, beds not made, dirty, wet towels lying around from previous renters. Contacted batchcare numerous times. Were told the cleaners were running behind but would be there to clean shortly an all will be done by 5. I asked if we should leave the key I the lock box for the cleaners but was told no need, they have their own keys. We decided to take the 3 kids tired of driving all day to get a snack and leave the house for the cleaners to do their thing. Returned at half past 5 only to find nothing had changed. Once again we started with the calls, by 7 we were done! Eventually a lovely lady arrived to "drop of clean linen and towels ". We were beyond frustrated by then, the house was not clean, the photos on the website did not match what we got, dirty glasses in the cupboard, ants I the kitchen, lights not working etc. It was disgusting. I took my family that included 3 kids under 10 and 2 elderly people then, drove around looking for a place to stay. With some luck and after asking for help we ended at a motel that had 2 rooms available. The family could not all be together but we had a clean, nice place to stay. We were fortunate that the rooms were available for the 2 nights we needed.
