Maravilloso hotel en Rabat

El personal es maravilloso y sobre todo Amoin de la recepción. Te hace sentir cómodo y en familia. Las instalaciones son fantásticas. La terraza muy agradable.

Trap of a hotel. Fraudulent

No elevators, one restaurant for breakfast only. Shared bathrooms. Broken doors. Large glass door facing shower. Only 5 rooms and I was the only guest. Left hotel sand day! Lost trust in booking

NOT WORTH the high price!

The hotel is beautiful in general. It has some interesting items, such as a comfortable bed, large rooms and an interesting view. And nice bathrobes in the bathroom. But it doesn't go beyond that.

The hotel is NOT WORTH the high price it charges. Firstly, I was frustrated with the sum of small problems upon arrival: bathroom door warped (would not close), bathroom heater not working, shower that did not heat well, shampoo and shower gel containers half emptied, wardrobe drawers with dust, coffee maker water tank with dust ... but the worst was yet to come: I agreed to stay overnight on the first night, but when I informed the hotel of the problems and formally requested the cancellation of the remaining nights, the OWNER of the hotel himself replied that I was INVENTING reasons to cancel the reservation. He WROTE a message saying I was being dishonest. Very rude, like I have never seen in my life. I had no option to cancel, and decided to stay (because I had paid a high amount for the daily rates). Over the next few days, the hotel staff tried to please me anyway, but that didn't make up for the worst offense I've had in my travel life. I also inform you that the breakfast at the hotel is NOT up to the proposed luxury. It's good, but not spectacular as it should be.

Beautiful property, amazing staff

The staff were definitely the highlight of the stay! Zak, Nabil and Mohammed made me feel so welcomed and helped me with every small request. Nabil drove me anywhere I needed to go which I really appreciated as I was in Rabat for business instead of leisure. They are amazing hosts, they definitely deserve a raise! 💸

Unfortunately they did not have a restaurant at the property, I had to get a takeaway. The staff said this is because the hotel is new, hopefully there will be a restaurant in my next stay!

The White Palace was an amazing place to stay. The staff was exceptional friendly and helpful. If we had a wish they did everything possible to help and assist.

Best hotel in Rabat

Without a doubt, the best place to stay in Rabat. If It would be possible we would rate the hotel with more than a 10 for various reasons: the incredible friendly reception staff ( Zak and Ayoub, we hope we wrote it right, otherwise please forgive us..), you made us feel like home and your attention to detail was outstanding, behind such a great staff can only be great owners, and here is not an exception, as we had the opportunity to meet them and they were really friendly too. Of course the palace itself is one of the most beautiful places we have stayed at, ( and we travel a lot) apart from its beauty, we found the quietness that we needed to rest, if you think that it looks incredible in pictures, wait until you see it in person, it will take your breath away. Thanks to everyone for offering us such a good experience, creating an unforgettable memory from Rabat.

Exceptional

It was my first time in Rabat, I'm glad I chose this hotel, although it had no reviews , the photos looked amazing, I trusted my instinct, it was even more beautiful in person, the staff Zakaria were very friendly and accommodating, first class service for a newly opened hotel, we were given tips to better explore Rabat, but be aware the beds are extremely comfortable if you have to get up early, parking was available, the swimming pool was perfect to get those laps in.

It was time to check out 😔, a last minute one night stay in Rabat before heading back to London, I will definitely be coming back to the White Palace Rabat.
