Tolle Wohnung in guter Lage, klein, aber optimal genutzt und schön eingerichtet. Meerblick vom Balkon und Bad:-) sehr ruhig trotz Lage an der Kreuzung, gepflegtes 6-Parteien-Haus, Rewe, Penny, Rossmann, Kik, Aldi, Stolz fußläufig in 3 min erreichbar, Promenade in 5 Minuten. Freundlicher Empfang bei Schlüsselübergabe.
Unangenehmer Geruch aus dem Abfluss im Bad vermutlich durch Starkregen in den Tagen zuvor. Dass die Seebrücke derzeit saniert wird, hat man uns erst mit der Buchungsbestätigung mitgeteilt, das könnte für manche wichtiges Kriterium bei der Buchung sein.
