The property has a great view of Caernarfon Castle. The caretaker is faultless and easily available. Equipment is in line with what I'd expect in a self-catering accomodation.
Worth noting the headroom is fine if you're 5' 7" but if taller, you may need to duck in a few areas. Didn't like that access between 8pm and about 7am meant entering a gate code to access the compound before reaching the flat.
The property didn't have a fact book covering core information we usually find in these properties. Very little storage space for clothing.

The view from the living room is of Caernarfon Castle, practically across the street. The apartment is comfortable, and it seems to be fairly new. The remodel is excellent, in keeping with the historic nature of the building, but modern. Colin, the caretaker, was fabulous; he responded quickly when we couldn't find the apartment, and he was a joy to chat with whenever we saw him around the property. We loved being so close to cafes, restaurants, the estuary, and, of course, the castle! It was also very helpful to have free parking in the parking lot.
First, it was impossible to find. A Google map or Apple map link might have been easier to use than the complicated directions. We didn't have strong enough mobile service to load the reference images when trying to find the apartment, and there is more than one harbour office.
Second, mind your head! The ceiling in the bedroom is sloped, with heavy beams. I'm 5'3" on a good day, and I had to duck. I recommend moving the bed closer to the radiator (even though it will be off-center) so there's a bit more room to avoid bumping your head.
A few more cups, glasses, flatware, and dishes in the kitchen would be helpful. And a clothes drying rack, since the dryer is no longer offered.

Clean flat in a decent locality
For a start it was advertised with a totally wrong address that was half a mile from actual location so for one hour I frustratingly searched for it until my message was picked from answer machine by an advisor from emergency helpline and he then guided us street by street to the real location.
The flat is in an attic with low wooden beams that won't suit anyone over 5'8".
Fitted with mod cons difficult to operate eg power showers that remains hot and can't give cool water even at lowest setting and digital hot plate oven that is a curse to operate
