Nice play room, we stayed in a nice 2 bedrooms apartment with a nice and spacious patio.
There is no kids club! They just have an app where you can use your phone to scan qrcodes around the facility.
Pools are smaller than expected but more importantly are very very dirty. In a 120cm depth you can’t even see the bottom. The surface is also very dirty. We stayed in January so no rain, they just throw a filter in with chlorine.
Staff could be more welcoming, our first time in South Africa and we asked some info about activities around they just told us to read the info pack in the room.
