Loved the location, not too far from Wells and far enough away to have complete chill

Lovely location at the edge of a working farm where the sheep kept coming to the fence to see what we were up to. . Perfectly positioned for lots of days out or just to relax. There is amenities nearby (but not too near).

Quiet. Good location for exploring the local area.
The lodge gets really hot inside and it doesn't cool down - it's in the sun all day.

Lovely location, very quiet. The lodge was spacious and had most things you would need.
Not very clean, e.g. dirty marks in one toilet pan, dead fly on draining board, outside table covered in dust and cobwebs. It was very difficult to find, sat nav takes you to the general location but the lodge is hidden behind a hedge and there are no clear signs. We had to drive around for a while and ask 2 locals before eventually finding the driveway. Some of the items in the lodge are rather shabby, e.g. the dining table has a hole in the top, part hanging off the sofa, very old cooker.
