Great older home in south Knoxville. Not very far from restaurants and a little further to downtown or campus. comfortable home with enough furnishings for everyone and large beds. Decorated good and plenty of towels and clean. Great little front porch and a nice backyard for hanging. I would rent again.

Kitchen sink drains need cleaning and deodorizing. left a bit of smell hanging about. Ice dispenser on fridge froze up and needs a filter change it said. but those are minor. Dont let it dissuade renting this spot

the house had great bones and plenty of little extras.

my wife’s pet allergies made the stay pretty, the couch wasn’t comfortable and could definitely tell that it was pet friendly. there were animal hairs on the blankets, towels, and furniture. The neighbors definitely seemed sketchy as well and we didn’t feel safe there.
