I’m a frequent renter and my daughter owns a new house that she rents out in Tennessee, my first issue was with the “insurance” that was required or the hold on my credit card. This put the price way above what I would consider anywhere near reasonable for this property after I saw it and where it was located. There were roaches in the kitchen drawer and in the kitchen cabinets on a sticky pad. The bathroom sink and tub barely drained. There was only service for four people- 4 cups , 4 plates silverware for four etc. we had Christmas dinner there and had to go buy things that I expected would be available for cooking such as a potato peeler and masher. Sponge to wash the dishes. Not well equipped for cooking. Only 2 pots. The guest information includes a lot of information about the town but you need to add more information about the house. Information on the Wi-Fi, what you sent me for the password was incorrect but what was in the book was correct. Need to include information on the cable and thermostat. Suggest you get more plates, silverware and cups and please clean out the roach traps. Also, the two drawers that are unusable just need the handles changed out to knobs to be usable. We are responsible & respectful guests and take pride in caring for others property as if it were our own. I was misled by the advertisement for this property and the price paid due to the location and cleanliness. We cleaned the floors and left the items we bought for cleaning.

Property is as advertised! Cute little home with amenities. Was able to play a few card games (provided by owner) while winding down after our first day of partially moving my daughter into her dorm room. Will be looking to book again the next time we have an overnight stay!

Property easy to get to and short distance to downtown Stillwater and OSU campus. House and furnishings are very eye appealing. Great job of remodeling. Owner was easy to get in contact with and seemed very pleasant. Will recommend this VRBO to anyone we know that will be visiting Stillwater. And, we will certainly stay here again. Pistols firing! We loved our stay at Kiki’s place. The owner was very responsive and made the place very welcoming with snacks, a comfortable living room space, a laundry/desk area, an outdoor firepit, a tv with access to Netflix and Prime. We felt very comfortable here and would highly recommend it.

The listing says it sleeps 6 but there is only a queen and king bed so it needs to be changed to 4. Beds were brand new and comfy! A small thing - there is not an ice maker. Some ice trays in the freezer would be helpful. I would stay here again.

It was perfect. We arrived late in the evening. The outside light and inside lamps were left on for us. The location to OSU was perfect. We drove, but could have walked the .5 mile. We will do our best to stay there again.

Everything was perfect for us. Our generous host even provided some fresh snacks and drinks for our arrival. The location was close to the downtown and when we reached out with questions, she responded so quickly. Beautiful, Clean and Convenient!

I had originally planned to come to still water for the cowboy cup with 3 friends and my husband. My friends ended up not coming so my husband and I went by ourselves. This house was perfect. The beds were very comfortable. It was extremely clean and had plenty of amenities. We enjoyed our stay. We ended up leaving early only because I was missing my son and went home. If we come back to stillwater we will definitely book here again.

Overall, this home was adorable. It was clean, the bathroom was large, and the beds were super comfortable. If you are a cook and you need that special "tool", be sure to bring it. The kitchen has everything you need but only included the basics. It had everything we needed for our stay. There are internet TV channels but no local TV channels (ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox) so I had to subscribe to YouTube to watch the OSU game on Saturday via ABC. Overall, it was a great stay and we plan to stay there again in the future.

Way better than a hotel! The OSU XC meet had all hotels in Stillwater sold out. This option was perfect for us to stay and super lose to OSU. Snacks, waters, coffee bar set up was exactly what we needed. We drove on Friday night. Super CLEAN!! comfy beds and plush towels.

The owner of the rental did a fabulous job with the interior and exterior of the home. It was great as far as the location to campus, but the neighborhood does have some home cute homes and then some that were skeptical. Not fault of the owner. The owner was great as far as leaving some snacks for the teenager.

Kimberly sent over a nice neighbor who showed us how to use the keypad and also showed us the correct Wi-Fi password. After that things were fine. Clean and freshly decorated. Kimberly is cordial and easy to work with. Thank you, Kimberly!
