The welcome by the staff was excellent. The room was ready by 12pm which was so kind after a day travelling. The room was clean, spacious and cool.
Breakfast was really tasty and served in our room.
The pool area is really beautiful but you are very close to a very busy road so a little bit noisy.i just put my headphones in and relaxed in the beautiful sunshine

The gentleman at reception was extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived early, and it was very kind of them to let us leave our luggage at the property.
The accommodation itself was tidy, and the breakfast was okay, although fairly basic. We appreciated the warm welcome and helpful service when we arrived.
The property was quite far from the main attractions—our Uber journey into central Porto felt like a small European road trip of its own! The outlook from our room was mostly concrete, so this isn’t the place to choose for beautiful views.
Unfortunately, there was also an extremely strong perfumed smell in our room. We couldn’t identify where it was coming from, although it seemed possibly connected to the air-conditioning. It made both of us very uncomfortable, and the smell stayed on our clothes for the rest of the trip. I had a blocked nose and watery eyes throughout the stay and even slept with a T-shirt covering my nose. Mum and I consequently spent as little time in the room as possible.
I had intended to mention it at reception, but we didn’t see the gentleman again until checkout. At that point, he was very busy dealing with a power outage, and as we were already leaving, it felt too late anyway.

Amazing staff, very helpful, breakfast in the room available, no additional charge, free parking at the premises, easy to check-in, very quiet.
The beds weren't so comfortable, nor the pillows! I did not like the bed sheets, need a refresh! The bathroom ventilation system was broken, so a humid atmosphere was always present and smelly.

How much care the family has put into this Hotel. It is not big but it welcomes you allot. We had excellent dinner in a nearby restaurant witch was easy to find. we highly recommend this accommodation.
