It was new and clean. There was plenty of space for our family. The parking was easy and close. The host was very quick to answer with any questions.
The front door had a messed up door handle/ key. We were told we had to 'pull the door in and then turn the key'. That did not work all of the time and we consistently had a difficult time getting the door to open. This is something that the host should definitely address and fix. There were also many high tech things that were unnecessary and confusing to use. Like light switches that you have to tap the counter to turn on the light...or an overly complicated coffee machine.
