This new culinary journey begins at Muttini with a guided tour through the lava tunnel and finishes at the volcanic vault with dinner inspired by the homegrown culture and ingredients. The restaurant can be open only with a reservation and payment in advance (for dinner). International and local cuisine featuring a variety of Galapaguenian delicious recipes with fresh ingredients from our own in house farm and exquisite catch of the day fish can be served in The Highland Cafe.
