Nice comfortable villa, fully equipped kitchen. Great view from terrace. 3-7min from supermarkets, 7-10 min from beaches. You should be very good driver to park and to go in /out from residence area, otherwise you should use parking on another side of road opposite the residence. Melanie was very helpful and friendly.

Cleaning was just once in a 9 days

Very clean, comfortable, fully well equipped villa. Great view giving peace of mind. Frictionless check-in&out, friendly welcome and well taken care by the property representative.

If you come with your car, need to be very careful joining the main road from the property. The traffic is busy and flows fast with no warning signals. There are mirrors but still traffic warnings have to be put in place.

Everything was great and perfect ratio for the money spent. The facility is clean, spacious, with an incredible view over the whole Stagnolu Bay and Portovecchio bay. Swimming pool & jacuzzi were a good place to have some break from the sea and the beaches during our 10 days stay. We've been there around the 15th of August period and it was quiet and still lot comfortable to stay on Affasciata. The place has a direct access to the sea and a small mooring pontoon if you want to come by sea. We'll come back here for sure.
