Great location. Close to beach groceries shopping. Nice quiet street with parking! Liked they had beach chairs and umbrella for us to take to beach!
All good balconies are open so you share same area with your neighbor. Only other thing I didn't like was aluminum cookware, toxic .I cook daily and had to restrict because I only had 1 fry pan to do everything. I did ask manager on arrival for stainless but didn't receive it until 1 nite before we left. 6 nite stay. Also no blender....damn

The property was close enough to the playa madera beach to walk to in less than 5 minutes. Also can walk to playa ropa in about 15 minutes. It is also close to the center of town for finding places to eat.
The little apartment is spacious and very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The ladies working there were very nice and helpful. Couldn’t ask for much more.
Really the only thing I would change would be the pillows every so often as they tend to get clumpy as they age.
