This is a fabulously located property with easy walking access to Cley marshes, Wiverton and Blakney.
Lovely welcome cake, wine and dog treats on arrival which is a nice touch.
Great size living room, well equipped kitchen, and plenty of books, board games and puzzles at the property.
The front and back garden were a good size for enjoying late evening drinks watching the bats or a morning coffee.
The property needs a little updating internally - bathroom with shower over the bath don’t drain very well, and ceiling had stains and cracks on.
En-suite could do with a shower too.
Outside seating could be more comfortable with the addition of cushions for the chairs and bench.

A lovely, clean, quiet cottage with great facilities in a wonderful location. It was much bigger than I thought and the photos don't do it justice. This was a lovely place to stay with great walks for the dogs nearby. We loved this cottage and strongly recommend it.
Nothing not to like. The road at the end of Marsh Lane is not easy to get out of but that isn't in the property's control. I was worried as it states no parking but there is ample space on the quiet lane to park outside the property.

Lovely and cosy and quiet, with a wonderful layout
The double bed was soooooooo uncomfortable. We considered going and buying an airbed to sleep on.
