Extremely clean throughout, a large comfortable lounge, very well equipped kitchen, lovely ' welcome items', tea/coffee/ milk/ cereals/ biscuits etc and even a very nice bottle of prosecco, 3 double bedrooms. Lovely seaside themed decor throughout everything freshly decorated.
Great location, quiet, 5 minutes walk to beach/ coffee shop/ fish and chips, 2 minutes to well stocked convenience store, lg Tescoes 10 mins by car.
Even the neighbour was nice! Quiet off road parking.
If you're 5'10 or over one bedroom had a low ceiling.

If you needed to chill out, this was the perfect place. Dormouse Cottage was just like a home from home …… warm & comfortable.
The perfect place to go back to after being on the beach or seal watching at Horsey Gap to Winterton on Sea.
There wasn’t anything that we could complain about at Dormouse Cottage. If I was being very very picky, I would say that a notice to put whatever colour bin out for bin day but all I did was look to see which was the fullest & of course see which one the neighbours took out !!!

Modern, roomy cottage in a good location near the beach. Some initial problems with cleaning etc was quickly sorted by the owners who were brilliant
Cleaning company let it down. Seems they did the very minimum. Welcome pack was disappointing, No cleaning products left, 1 tea towel only. The driveway was a bit scary too.
