La Dolce Vita truly became our home away from home in Positano. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed, comfortable, and cared for. In a place as busy and bustling as Positano, La Dolce Vita somehow feels like this little safe haven where you can come home, exhale, and feel completely at peace. We genuinely looked forward to coming back every day.
And Maryse… what can we even say! She is an absolute gem and such a huge part of what made our stay so special. She welcomed us like family and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of throughout our entire stay. She is warm, thoughtful, helpful, and just one of those people you feel lucky to meet while traveling. By the end of our trip, it truly felt less like we were staying at a hotel and more like we were staying with a friend.
The location is incredible, the views are breathtaking, and there is something so special and authentic about this place that is hard to put into words. Of all the places we stayed during our trip through Italy, La Dolce Vita will always hold such a special place in our hearts.
If you are looking for somewhere in Positano that feels intimate, peaceful, welcoming, and truly like a home away from home, this is it. We were genuinely sad to leave and already know we will be back.

Beautiful view.
Mildew smell, the room is pretty funky with a bath tub in the middle of the room. The place needs a full renovation.
