The location was perfect near Podium, Shangrila Mall and Megamall. The room was big as well as the Toilet/Bathroom. Had a restful stay.
You can obviously see how the entire property and its room are old and worn out. It badly needs a major renovation. Interior is poorly lighted some covelights are busted. The wall paint is already flaked off The cabinet laminated finish is already chipped away

I got a free room upgrade as the room i was initially assigned had a leak on rhe A/C. Frontdesk staff (Patrick) was attentive to guest's request and needs Had a good size room / bathroom with a small living area. This room upgrade had 2 A/C and 2 Smart TV (bedroom amd living area)
The initial room i was assigned to had a problem with the A/C, dripping and practically flooding the floor. The room shows signs of being worn out and could use some upgrade.

It was clean and staff were great.
They room AC was leaking, I should have reported it or changed my room but I was very busy and thought they might fix it. It never got fixed in the 5 days I stayed.
