The house was clean and well maintained. Had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and spacious. The location was convenient within an easy drive of the city. No issues with the shower so maybe this has been fixed.
The staircase is quite steep and could be a hazard for some. It can be tricky finding a park directly outside and the shopkeepers across the road don’t take kindly to cars being parked there. Would have liked net curtains on the front windows for more privacy as house is directly on the street but overall a great stay.

Comfortable beds.Well stocked kitchen.Very reasonably priced for four people. Clean
Smell of dogs. we saw no evidence of dog hair but the smell lingered.
The steep stairs were a bit of an issue for slightly older travellers. This also applied to access to the toilet from bedrooms.
House is on a main road so traffic noise woke those sleeping at front.

Clean, well equipped. comfortable
There were 2 keysafes and we kept trying the wrong one. Then we could not open the right one but eventually we mastered it. Clear instructions would have been good

The house was really well equipped warm and comfy.
The shower head was not adjustable so water shot across the length of the bath!

It was really clean and spacious for all of us.
Because dogs were allowed here, there was a faint dog smell. Fine if you have dogs, not great when you dont.
Parking on the road outside the house. We felt it was a little unsafe to leave the car there.

Comfy beds, clean, spacious and well maintained and decorated!
Honestly the only thing was the shower being a little tricky; it wouldn’t stay in its holder but easy enough to just hold it yourself!

The house is so beautifully decorated and tidy , the bedrooms are perfect sizes and the dining area is beautiful too.
The back door’s lock wasn’t working properly.

Property was warm and bedrooms were a good size.
Shower head does not stay in holder, it has a strong flow of water so water goes every where. Not the fault of the owners but unfortunately we had an early and rude awakening on the Saturday morning to the sound of pneumatic drills etc as the pavement directly outside was repaired/replaced.

Tasteful interior design. Well equipped house. Charm of an old English house. Very good Wifi. When we blew the fuses, the technical support person came very quickly in the morning of 1 January. The grocery Coop is just few steps from the apartment, they have very convenient working hours even on weekends and holidays.
The steep stairs with very narrow steps. My mother could not climb upstairs. I know it is quite typical for England, but the stairs should be shown on pictures. Also the thick white carpet everywhere, even in dining area and at the entrance, was a bit confusing. There was also old house smell from the storeroom, which would be quite disturbing in case of longer stay.

The house is beautifully equipped - it all looks very modern and new with lovely furnishings and decor. There was a comprehensive manual covering all things we needed to know. The kitchen and bedrooms were well equipped and the whole house felt cosy & inviting.
nothing, it was all excellent. It could be helpful to know that the bathroom is downstairs - this didn't bother us at all though.

spacious and clean, very modern and a comfortable stay. Cleaning products left available for us to use, along with tea coffee sugar which was a nice touch. located next to a pharmacy and co-op.
House was also safe for my 2 young children. Will definitely use again when visiting family in the area.

minor issue non slip mat for the shower bath plus grab handle would be great plus a shaving mirror reqd bathroom
