This is the best equipped house we have ever stayed in. Loads of room to spread out as a group and a superb pool area. Lovely area, very quiet and Nerja was great. The host Rosetta was fantastic and couldn’t do more to ensure our stay was great.
Not the property’s issue, but be prepared for a hilly walk back to the property. Nothing to fault with the property itself

The villa is split across 3 levels, with the bottom almost being contained with its own kitchen/dining area, bathroom and 2 of the bedrooms - perfect for our group (11 of us over 3 generations). Of the 3 rooms on the top floor, one had an en-suite, with the others sharing the main bathroom. Coming from a very modern villa the day before, this did feel more dated, but didn't make the stay any less comfortable. All rooms had air-conditioning and as well as the villa's own private pool, we had access to the Capistrano Village community pool which was large and had a decent cafe for the essentials. Rosetta, the host, was brilliant - meeting us on arrival, and adjusting things to accommodate our particular needs without any trouble at all, and recommending places to visit and eat. The beach was only a 25 minute walk (but hilly), and Mercadona/Carrefour was 5 minutes away on foot. A taxi was needed to get into the centre of Nerja, in amongst the shops and restaurants (5 minute ride). The best taxi firm we found was Radio Taxis.
On arrival the pool was a bit cloudy, but a groundskeeper came to clear it the next day and I think our earlier arrival probably contributed to this mistiming!
