De ligging en de rust van de villa was super. De villa heeft meerdere zitjes waar je heerlijk tot rust kon komen. Zeer complete villa met prachtig uitzicht over zee en bergen en de tuin. Supermarkt Lidl is dichtbij. Rethimnon en de oude stad is erg leuk. Het meer van Kournas is een aanrader.
Wij hadden de pech dat de pomp van het zwembad stuk ging. Er kwam wel iedere ochtend iemand om het zwembad schoon te maken. Bodem van het zwembad liet af waardoor je blauwe voeten kreeg. Wifi probleem is snel opgelost.

Villa was very well equipped and the location/view was lovely. 25 mins away from Rethymno. There is a lovely little taverna a few mins away which serves lovely food and the staff are very helpful. Host allowed a late check out on departure as our flight wasn't until late evening which was great.
The pool could do with a bit of a refurb as looking a bit tatty and the bottom is stained. The main bathroom where the shower could benefit from a hook for the shower head. Unfortunately there was building work going on immediately across the road which we weren't aware off, which started at 7am every morning so not such a peaceful location with wagons and diggers going around all day.

beautiful view, clean comfortable interior. staff were super helpful and friendly. taverna (8 min walk) is lovely.
small things, nothing major, that would improve:
- a hook for the shower head
- pool clean - it’s hard to keep clean in the area from the breeze but the floor of the pool probably needs a good clean
