Location and the room!!
There could have been a sign on the main door to find the hotel or the owner could watsapp on how to access the hotel because I just knew the address and figuring out the access took time and someone was coming out luckily so he helped. I also had international sim but somehow was not in network.

The location was perfect. The lady on reception was nice.
The shower was cold. No one available to look at it first thing and so cold shower before we went out. I called to ask if it was fixed later in the day, which it was. No apology or any conversation with us about it. Also no instructions on how to get into the building when we arrived. Had to call to get a link to an app. Why wasn’t this done at the time.
