Great base location to get to points on Lake Erie, Niagara Falls, towns along Lake Ontario in Canada, and downtown Buffalo. Minutes from great shopping on Rt 78. Clean, friendly staff, comfy beds, lots of outlets and even USB ports. Mini fridge, microwave, safe, and god cable TV.. excellent shower. No noise from I90 but some airplanes heard. Will stay here again !!

Great location. Good price. Friendly staff. Beds are small. Water was nice and hot in the shower. Not enough towels for 4 people. Mold in the bathroom. A little dirty. Great value for the price, would definately stay here again.

Where to start? Not clean. Stains on walls. Mirrors not clean. Bath tub gross. Floor sticky and dirty. Bed linens clean. Towels clean. We had booked for 2 nights and couldnt change our booking. We sucked it up. There are some shady guests. Not sure if they are full time renters. Check-in was very pleasant. One bed fairly comfortable the other bed you could feel the springs. Flat pillows. A good location but did not feel safe. Def not worth $80 plus a night. Needs to be shut down and overhauled. Have stayed at far better Red Roof Inn's.

i will not go back. The ad on hotels.com and the hotels website are deceptive. I chose red roof because of price with a free breakfast. The first morning, there was no breakfast. When I called to get the reason, I was told breakfast is ONLY for club members. I advised the ad doesn't include this. Her reply, "We are in the process of fixing that." This does not help me for the next 3 days! I could not talk with the manager and was given only his email address to follow-up. I prefer to give my business to a hotel that shows some concern and offers to mitigate the situation at that time. Please fix your ad here as it is not correct.

The staff at check-in was very friendly. They also upgraded our room free of charge after they realized a crib for my baby could not be arranged.

Were able to get a room on the side of the hotel we prefer, and what we paid for. Room could have been a little cleaner. Carpeting by side of bed/wall hadn't been vacuumed. No shampoo/conditioner in bathroom. We stayed a night it had snowed overnight. No shoveling was done on the walkways (we left around 10:30am). Path had been shoveled near the office though.

The room was decent. I didn't see any breakfast like it said they served. There were no wash clothes in the bathroom or sink area. I had to pay extra to have a fridge and microwave. I also woke up in the morning with a bit on each arm so I am now a little terrified they may have had bed bugs.

After midnight there were some annoying noise like dripping water in the basin coming from the ceiling intermittently. It stopped after 5am.

The staff was wonderful as was the room, the property and location. My only complaint is the room stunk of stale cigarette smoke and whatever deodorizer they tried to cover it up with. It’s unfortunate that people choose to smoke inside a non-smoking room but I feel it is the motel’s duty to remedy the situation before allowing the next person to stay in the room.This place has excellent reviews which is why we chose to stay here and I’m guessing not all the rooms smell as bad as ours did. While I do recommend staying here, if you’re sensitive to cigarette smoke I’d look elsewhere.

Horrible front of staff. Ants in room, towels had hairs on them, and there was unusable internet in the room that they did nothing about when I told them.

Got a room that smelled like cigarettes even though it is a smoke free motel. At least they changed me to a different room. Nice and clean room.

I admit I was leary after an experience in Michigan years ago, but I have to admit this was beyond expectations. Very clean (even the light fixtures). When I got a call from the front desk asking how the room was after I checked in I knew that I made the right choice. And, it’s beside the Anchor Bar & Grill!

Very clean. The front desk employees were courteous and friendly. The cleaning woman brought me towels without me having to ask. The room was exactly what I wanted. Nice and quiet.

It's a decent room for the price in this convenient area. The desk staff was friendly, but the cleaners left the room with about 1/2" of toilet paper on the roll with no new roll, and set the thermostat to 80 degrees! Also it would have been nice to have had a fridge and microwave in my king room.

There is no access to EV charging as stated in the hotel description. The manager was not very helpful.

Our hotel room was absolutely disgusting and smelled like smoke! When we tried to get a refund they denied us and offered a new room which was just as dirty. We ended up leaving and finding a different hotel room and not getting a refund. Do not recommend!

Had to scrub the toilet on arrival. Bathtub drain clogged. Requested maintenance but that didn't happen. Sink cracked through the bowl. Rest of the room was OK. Microwave worked well (trying to be positive).

Hotel room was so dirty and outdated. There were other peoples hairs in the towels and bed linens and toilet and shower did not appear to have been cleaned recently.

The woman running the front desk was amazing! Office full of crazy some drunk football fans and she was so gracious to them, even though they were obnoxious and rude. She was a delight.
She definitely deserves recognition.

The room smelled horrible. Like old stale cigarette smoke. We bought febreeze to try and get odor out of area carpet and curtains. Did not help.
Hotel was insistent it was non smoking. If it is now, it hadnt been for long or items in room not replaced to get rid of stale smell.
Our white socks were filthy after a few hours of moving around in the small room.
No glasses or ice bucket.
A/C /room fan made ticking noise all night long.Had an awful sleep because of it.
Pillows hard.No matress cover, sheet just right on top of matress.Thin comforter.Cheep bedding.
1 of 2 bed frames were broken.Matress would sink through it if you sat on side of matress.
Way too expensive for this room.
Best thing 1 min drive to Anchor Bar.
DO NOT STAY HERE.
Would of left if another hotel was available nearby.
