The room where they put us was very very noisy and we paid for view with balcony we were facing air conditioning units!!! The door wouldn’t seal well so we couldn’t sleep from the wind.

Sandpearl never disappoints…it’s the best high end hotel on the strip hands down. Best service, walkable to good food and has a private beach out back with alcohol allowed on the sand which isn’t allowed anywhere else on the beach. Best bars clubs cigars and drinks for adults are close as well. Beach bar and pool are clean and cabanas are comfortable. You get what you pay for, if you want the best this is it. 5 stars!

Enjoyed the resort once again. The weather was awesome on Saturday but declined after that. The Sunday brunch was the best at the hotel, a wonderful spread and very relaxing. The staff is excellent starting with the team at the front desk, Valentina and Selin and Dave down in the activities desk.

Is our 4th stay at the San Pearl over the past several years.
It’s a beautiful hotel and resort right on Clearwater Beach. Since our last stay, the rooms have gone through a renovation. I believe the room that we stayed in wasn’t quite finished as the room looked great however, there was no art on the walls like they had in the past. The only suggestion I would make to the hotel manager would be to include some of the artwork back on the walls as the room was quite stark without it.

Nice rooms and facilities, however two things rubbed me wrong way. When you arrive they tell you that the beach chairs are complimentary, but then when you go to the beach, they tell you that the beach chairs are complimentary but you have to pay $30 for an umbrella.
Also, every day there seemed to be problems with their hot tubs, not hot enough and the jets never worked.
For a four or five star hotel you shouldn't have such isssues.

Nice hotel but they definitely need to upgrade their blankets. They have a towel like blanket between two sheets. Maybe the worst blanket I ever seen in a nice hotel like this… Also, no full length mirror in the room. You can’t even get a good look at your outfit because they have no mirror except in the bathroom. Overall we had a great time, I just don’t understand why they wouldn’t upgrade their blankets…..

The pool area is gorgeous but the rooms are outdated. Ordered room service twice and it was awful and so expensive. The restaurant in the hotel by the pool was also terrible. There was a wedding that took place during the duration of our stay that was so unnecessarily loud and shook the whole room until 11pm. Not ideal with a baby. The staff is super friendly and accommodating though. Would come back for the pool and beach access alone but really wish the food and noise were better. Especially for the price of the stay.

Our 2nd stay at Sandpearl was just as good as the first. Beautiful room, walk out from the hotel onto the beach, excellent food nearby, valet parking, pleasant (and helpful) hotel staff.

Stay was very good. We have been to the Sandpearl resort many times with family and friends and always had a good stay, all though this stay they let us down. We requested a 2 PM late check out and were told they could not go past 12 noon so we proceeded to sit in the lobby for an additional 2 hours. The Resort was less than 50% occupied so this was very disappointing to me and my family.

We loved our stay at The Sandpearl! I was hesitant to book because the rooms looked dated but was pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The room definitely looked better in person and the resort itself was beautiful. My favorite part was lounging by the pool and being able to step right into the beach. The sunsets were breathtaking! All of the staff were super friendly and accommodating. The on-site restaurant was delicious as well as so many close by options. I love that everything was in walking distance! We will definitely visit again!

Great place for families with young kids. Every night movie for the kids and fire pits. Reading by young mermaid at the pool for the kids was nice.

Everything about this property was great. From the time we arrived to the time we left, excellent service. Resort is close to lots of different dining, shops and even CVS. It was just 2 adults on this trip (53 and 57).This resort is very family friendly, so lots of kids, which we did not mind. The beach area was nice, chairs with umbrellas (for a fee). You do need to secure your pool chairs very early (at least on Saturday and Sunday), but we didn't mind that either. Overall this place was great and I would recommend to anyone and hope to come back someday.

Check in and out was quick and easy. Entire staff was friendly and attentive. Rooms were clean and easily accessible. Would definitely recommend and revisit.

The staff was wonderful from the front desk to pool hands to servers- everyone worked hard and had a good attitude. The room was very clean. Many of my must haves were provided like robes, ceramic coffee mugs, wine and regular glasses in the room along with good coffee.

Great view and nice amenities. The only thing I would change is have a families floor. We had a crying baby next door. I would like an all adult area so we wouldn't have to listen to a crying baby next door.

Truly the best resort in the area, cleaning staff are amazing, pool staff are always making sure you are taken care of, zero entry pool is amazing for kids.
Two minor issues, the pool can get crowded during busy season but this has to be expected with such a great resort. Second issue, the hotel has beach access but not a true private beach, the hotel beach chairs are about 200 yards from the water so with kids it can be a little hike when it’s hot, so just be aware, but the beach is clean and safe and just a short walk from an amazing pool.

Our family had a great time. They had activities for the kids, the beach is right there so we could go back and forth from the pool. You could get shade chairs if you got up in time. You walk everywhere. Free shuttle service from the hotel if you wanted to go somewhere else on the island.

Beautiful resort. Very clean. Rooms are nice too! Plenty of chairs and umbrellas on the beach with food and beverage service. Would highly recommend this resort.

Overall it was a good place. Tate Grill was expensive as expected on a resort, but the food wasn’t very good. I tried several things and was not impressed. I ended up eating off the resort the remainder of my stay.

It was very nice and easy. Everything was at your fingertips and the staff was very accommodating. The bed and sheets were very comfy and you felt pampered. I live the theme of wanting the guests to relax. We will definitely come back. The only negative was the food was pretty pricey but it was delicious and there was not anything to disappoint.
