The hotel is desperately in need of maintenance and renovation. The ceilings in the hallway were crumbling and dripping what I hope was water. The outdoor stone staircases were crumbling and a definite safety hazard for children and elderly. The shower had weak water pressure and only kept a warm temperature for about 5 minutes. There was garbage lining the hallways that other guests had left outside their room to be picked up and no one ever did so the garbage remained there the entire weekend. There were wet pool towels outside the room across from us that sat in the hallway all weekend and it smelled like mildew and chlorine. Our room keys also didn’t work upon arrival so we had to call maintenance after driving 3.5 hours and just wanting to relax. The only positives I have are that the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was quite enjoyable and the woman who worked at the restaurant was a pleasure to interact with. She clearly enjoys her job and takes pride in it.

Tried to check in at 2. Rudely told that check in was at 3. Come back. Later checked in and given room. Walked down and room was a wreck. Hadn’t been cleaned. Went back, told them, given another room. No apology. Teenagers running up and down hallways all night. Complained to desk. They were already aware but couldn’t stop them. The absolute worst place I’ve ever stayed. Wouldn’t go back if it was free

Worst hotel, un-clean rooms, weed smell in the hallway, we had to change three rooms before checking out and the hotel folks offered a voluntary refund.

Overall my stay was very good. The people were friendly and very helpful. However, the house keeping staff could most definitely put a lot more effort into their job. You could definitely tell that they were not very good at their job. Before I even let my children step foot into the bathroom I had to go to the store and buy cleaning products and clean the entire bathroom as you could see urine and fecis on the wall around the toilet, the sides of the toilet and the floor around the toilet looked like it had not been cleaned in months. The bed linens were stained with what appeared to be urine and/or spilled coffee or soda. Therefore I went and purchased bed linens so that my kids and i would have clean sheets and blankets. But besides the cleanliness our stay was very nice. My kids and i felt safe and comfortable.

There was mold on the wall in the bathroom, the walls had pieces fall apart. Eat at there restaurant service was not good at all. Come back later in the day and find no new towels at all. We packed up and left didn’t care about losing money. Will never go back there health board should look into this hotel

Everything was acceptable considering age of building and location. And rate was good. It's my second time staying. And I have to say. The COFFEE IS THE WORST WEAKEST, WATERED DOWN OFFERING IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. I'm not a coffee snob, and I don't expect amazing coffee. But this is literally offensive to offer your guests.

we had a really great time and the staff was really nice the breakfast was nice! and the lady who took care of us for breakfast was so nice!! she did everything to make us comfortable! we loved the heated pool also! the only thing we didnt like was early check in was 45 more dollars!! we chose your hotel for our budget but this was disappointing.

The fire alarm was going off from 2:15am until 2:55am I had to be at work at 7am. To me that was just unacceptable I went and slept in my car that night because of the inconvenience. When I went to the front desk nobody was even there.

The staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and courteous. The building needs some major fixes that are not at fault of the staff. Our shower wouldn’t work. The front desk was very kind. She called maintenance but they were dealing with something else and it was going to be awhile. She immediately asked if she could give it a try so I could shower immediately. She came to my rescue and I was incredibly thankful that she went above and beyond to help me when she didn’t have to. Breakfast attendant is so kind and truly kept the place stocked and clean.

The bed was comfortable and the linens clean. The property is in need of updating...broken doors, worn and dirty carpets, tired bathroom with broken tiles. Rooms are connected by a thin door and you can hear your neighbor.

Overall the room was just dirty. Tv remote did not work. The hair dryer only worked for maybe 2 min and then turned off. Arrived after dark and the outside lighting was very poor. Def wouldn’t stay there again

There need to be more emphasis on how often house keeping service comes to clean your room. I book three nights and house keep is schedule only after three days. We spent more time picking up towels and taking trash to the ice machine area. I have made a note to always double check before booking. There’s a hidden house keeping game these hotel play, there concern is always prepping for the next check customer once you check in that’s it know more services!

We had one room for our family during our stay. The room didn’t look to be vacuumed in awhile. The curtains were torn horribly, with dirt and smear stains all over them. Bathroom mirror on door hadn’t been cleaned in ages, over grimy room. And stains on towels. Double beds seemed small. Sliding door was old and pieces were falling off.

They put me and my 4 kids out of the pool and we all had wrist bands because there were some other kids unattended that did not come with us at all but we were playing with the children in the pool and they tried to tell us we needed another room because there were too many kids that belong to me smh the male at the front desk was very rude towards me even told me he will have someone fight me and I left after 15 minutes of being there with no refund I do not recommend this hotel at all do not go it’s very unprofessional

Some people at the desk were nice, others not so much. Never had my room cleaned when I stayed 4 nights. Breakfast area kind of tiny and it was crowded. Other than that I enjoyee my stay.

The breakfast was excellent quality and the beds were comfortable. The carpets in the main hallways need to be replaced as they are very worn and looked dirty. I wasn’t able to use the pool although it looked fabulous and it was a good temperature. The location was great for our purpose on this trip.

Staff was amazing. Pleasant, helpful, and just all around great. Housekeeping needs some work. There was a dirty washcloth left in my shower and I called the front desk. They came immediately and took it out of my room. The township was working on the road and didn't notify the hotel they were. The front desk was extremely helpful with providing directions for access.

Since the property wouldn't address my issues directly because I booked through Orbitz, I'll air my grievances here. My room was crawling with ants, and the light in the bathroom didn't work. The front desk clerk (who was very pleasant) said she'd have the manager call me to discuss, but I never heard from him. So... I'll post my warning here, for those who may consider this property in the future - DON'T DO IT. As I waited at the front desk to ask about a refund because of the ants, I waited behind a group of ladies who were also asking for a refund because of blood stains on their sheets. Avoid at all costs.

This hotel should be closed down. Looks dirty outside, trash cans overflowing. Tv in rooms don’t work, water doesn’t stop running, ants, carpets are spotted up, windows are dirty, needs painted. Would stay ever again at a filthy place.

There was a considerably wet area of carpet in the room 275 like there was a leak somewhere, the bathroom was not very clean, there were bugs in the room, it was damp and had a very strong odor.
