Elevator went down. But the staff help to get my 80 yr old mom down from the 6th floor. The manager was excellent and staff. Nice job and you cannot control equipment just work with it.

Great area with pool but the slides did not work. Jacuzzi inoperable. A disappointment.

The housekeeping staff needs to check the shampoo and conditioner bottles for fullness. Additionally, having to squeeze the bottles to have the shampoo/conditioner bottle to have the liquid come out is difficult for someone with arthritic hands and depending upon how hard, it can be painful. No other option is offered. This appears to be the new standard at Quality Inns which is good environmentally, but implementation is poorly thought out. A pump bottle would work better.
