Let's say that everything was fine until the rooms did not have water and you had to repair them and I think it is a service that corresponds to you to have water available forever for someone else of your , except for the staff they are very good

Online I saw an available pool.. no pool or hot tub.. disappointed

The water pressure was horrible I couldn’t even wash my hair correctly and the water didn’t get hot it only got warm. And at the bottom of the door there was a big gap. I could hear someone walk by

The staff was very friendly and the room had a welcoming environment.
The only negative feedback is that the mattress of the sofa-bed had multiple stains.

We chose Marriot because the name and prestige. The personnel was friendly and helpful. However, i was surprised at the smell on the second floor. The carpet smell dirty. Something I never expected in a Marriott.
I was also surprise breakfast was not included. The price was equal or higher than several area hotels which include breakfast.
The bed was comfortable and we slept well.

Through an innocent mistake the wrong night was booked. The hotel refused to allow us to merely change the night. Marriott has now moved to the bottom of our list for hotels as in never again!!! Orbitz was not much help either as a simple change was made very difficult and ultimately resulted in complete dissatisfaction. We tend to use Orbitz less and less ...

Overall the service was very good; all the employees were friendly and knowledgeable about the hotel and any requested accommodations.
The Bistro was a nice option; I enjoyed the cheeseburger and fries.

The room and hotel were absolutely disgusting. The room smelled of mold and was musty. The carpets were gross and felt sticky when walking barefoot. The shower took 10 minutes to get hot water. Paint peeling everywhere, carpet coming up. One of the worst stays I’ve ever had.

The hotel was super dirty. The carpets on the halls were very dirty and the smell in the halls and room was awful. They did not clean up our room and when we complained they just questioned if we left the dnd sign which we did not and not even offered to send someone to clean. Very disappointing.

Toilet handle was broken. I let the receptionist know but was moved as there was no maintenance person available. Room was musty and the new room I was moved had a balcony that was super dirty the lock for the balcony door didn’t work the phone was missing button. Personnel was super friendly but hotel needs to be updated.

Very bad customer service with ignorant people that do not know how to handle credit card payments; doing overcharges and making mistakes when processing that when asked to correct got offended and told us they will cancel the charges and refused to provide us service when it was their hotel staff error. I WILL NEVER STAY IN THIS PLACE AND WON'T RECOMENDED IT TO NO ONE! Our sister stayed there and said hotel is dirty and requires lots of repairs; which husband was working on fixing restroom light.

Our room sink and shower were dirty had terrible smell. The restroom light was not working and AC sounded like a motor about to blow up. Only two small pillows per bed very uncomfortable. We called and were told no Maintenane was available. All of our family normally uses this hotel every time we travel to Laredo but this time we did not enjoy our stay at all.

Front desk agent was awesome and helpful BUT the first room we had was not so awesome. We had double beds and my son was in one bed and I was in the other. The sheets felt like they were still damp. Made out backs feel sticky. The front seat agent switched us to the room next door and sheets were much better but room was dirty. Light switches by lamps by bed were all dirty. Carpet looked very dirty by the restroom with stains everywhere. I just didn’t want to bother front desk again so we just left it alone but I wasn’t very comfortable.

Staff is friendly. Stinch in the elevator was awful. Just given two bath towels for the two of us. You can tell the pillows are old and need replacing.

The carpwt in Room 310 smelled like feet or mold or something. Still have the smell in my nostrils. Very dissapointing for a Marriott property. For my first time booking with expedia and staying at a Mariott property. I will be seeking others on my upcoming trips.

No breakfast , bistró closed by 9:30 in the morning’s the evenings didn’t have much of a variety. Other than that hotel was ok to stay at.

Very nice place to rest your head. Nice staff, clean lobby, clean room, modern design. Super comfortable bed and a shower that works great. Breakfast was great, and the snack shop had all the essentials. Overall great stay.

1. Room : Not too bad except continuous noise until 1am since its location righrt beside of highway.

This is NOT EVEN A SERVICE.
I waited AT LEAST 40 MINUTES with my wife and 2kids. I got the food which different with my order. There was NO APOLOGIES or explain before and after I claimed to restaurants.
Also, I complained to reception, she said that only I can do is complain to Expedia, with NO APOLOGIES.
I choose this hotel because its BRANDS can be believed, but not anymore.
I WASTE MY PRECIOUS TIME & MONEY, staying on this LOUSY Hotel.
