really dirty , small sink water in sink not working . dirty microwave . room really dirty the chair in the room oh my God never clean it ... bathroom really dirty. the wifi not even working scam ( i guest ) tv unplugged .. the AC old school not working property ...even though the hotel not expensive but clean it at least ... cleanliness cleanliness cleanliness..... im really scared my kids may get sick .. the room smell smoking....really disappointed... if you think am lying come see to your self😖😖😖😖

It was just ok. Rooms can use an update. Cracked paint, broken shower heads, old furniture.

The hotel needs some major lift up and cleaning.

In close proximity to I95 and a shopping plaza.

Room was very dirty and smelled like ciggs.

The bed was in bad shape. The towels had holes in it. Our door cards did not work after the first day. The manager was not around to open the door. We had to wait 20 minutes for him to come. It took 20 minutes to get hot water.

i had an emergency - and they cancelled my reservation with out charge just a day before my check-in

I got pissed off and i told someone service I want different room but won’t let me say too late pay room for this I got pissed off and im deaf …. We leave of Saturday and driving to home soon tonight arrive then I call hotel I wanna money back … bed dirty and everything dirty also smell bad I wanna money back also never again this hotel like that

Dirty room-stains on bed, chair ripped up

My check-in process with BeBe was a breeze. She was super pleasant and I adored her personality. However, I checked in between 10:25p & 10:30p and paid at the hotel instead of online. I received my room keys for the Superior King that I had booked. It was not as big as I expected, but it is what it is. I began checking the room and although the floors weren't swept, nor mopped I was willing to bypass that minor issue. Fast forward to checking the bedding. The top of the blanket had stains, but ok, I don't have to use that one. I checked the sheets and find bloodstaines so I go to get a new set. There's now a male w/ foreign accent at the desk. He 1st offered to give me a new room, then told me they were all sold out. He give me a new sheets set and a full size blanket for a king bed, ok, whatever. I changed the bedding just to find those with stains. I sat in the chair at the desk which was sticky as well as the floor but the more I looked at those dirty sheets, I decided not to stay. Just before midnight I went back to speak with the male to check out. I was informed that I would get a full refund. Sunday comes and I see my account shows a partial refund from the hotel. I called the front desk, asked for a manager to check why I received only partial. The same male who I checked out with told me there's nothing he can do because I booked online. I said but I paid at your hotel. He refused to give his name and hung up on me after I asked for corporate.

We stayed from Friday to Sunday. Upon arrival there was no one at the desk so after waiting and knocking I called the 877 number and they called the managers cell. Get into the room and pull back the blanket and there is trash balled up under the blanket. The maid changed the sheets but they were still disgusting. We went and bought our own sheets. I spilled water on the floor and wiped it up and the dirt that came up was unbelievable. On Saturday afternoon the hot water heater broke so there was no hot water. I was so happy to get a hot shower on Sunday but even happier to check out. I have stayed at some very nice, well kept Red Roof Inns. This one was absolutely disgusting.

No ice availeable, room smelled like urine. We tried to get anothe room but they said nothing was available. No hot water upon arrival.

The stay was just okay. Had to cut my trip short due that there is no control who is in and out of property. Found a couple laying in elevator floor sleeping which I believe is very inappropriate for the other guests. Bathroom was not fully cleaned. There was hair residue on shower when I received my room key. Bring personal towels. Strong cigarette odor in room even when I booked a Non-smoking room.

This property was terrible. There was no telephone in the room, no microwave, no refrigerator, the sheets were not clean and you could tell they hadn’t been changed before we got there, the shower was raggedy, and the gentleman that worked the front desk acted as if he was scared of all the customers. Never again will I stay here.

I like that you can be there with your pet with not extra charge . I didn't like that my room didn't came with a coffee maker and they never bring one and the room was not properly cleaned before I arrive .

I’m in town on business and thought this location was good due to it being 2 miles from my job, the first room 110 I stayed in had mice Management was extremely friendly and offer to just move my room, I moved and the next room I noticed I had mosquito like marks on my body I inspected the bed and the bedshirt and box spring mattress cover was infested with bed bugs 326.

The staff at this property was rude, mean and unprofessional from the very beginning. I needed to change the name on the reservation and the man wouldn't answer my questions on how to do that or what exactly he wanted me to do - he hung up on me and everytime I called back after he would answer and yell - YOU NO CALL - and hang up on me. Expedia customer service helped me. Then my guys that were staying under the reservation were screamed at for using the microwave in the lobby. I had no choice but to keep my people at this hotel for 2 weeks. We have spent over $2K and today - check out day - my guys left stuff in the room, instead of asking if we meant to extend the reservation he rudely told me he was throwing it away. I aske for him to please give me a minute to find out what was going on as this is for a business reservation, and he refused to let me speak. I hope they review their customer service practices and guest relations quickly or they are bound to go under. I moved the next 2 weeks reservations for 2 more rooms to another local hotel that will hopefully appreciate the several thousand dollar sale

I did not like the fact that the young lady that work in the front has an attitude problem or makes it seem like she’s unhappy with her job the property is quiet and nice I like that in the other Front desk workers are friendly

I have stayed here a few times as the location is convenient for me and the rates are reasonable of course it is what it is the front desk and the older man maybe the manager does see to it that his guests are happy very nice man
