This is one of the cleanest motels in the area!

The room wasn’t cleaned properly at check in. Dirty sheets, dirty tub, floor wasn’t vacuumed…

The bed was comfortable, the condition of the hotel was okay. The cleaniness of the hotel was decent. The only issue was their was no power when we woke , the power was restored a couple hours later.

Very dirty and unclean

The picture isn’t what the property looks like. The comforter had burn holes in them, the wash clothes were old and crusty as if they were used already, the room smelled old. It was just overall disgusting.

There's a million things wrong with this place. I highly recommend to not even stay here for a night. The conditions, quality and everything is absolutely the worse I've seen. Can't use the tub, no stopper. My phone (for no reason) goes off with the red bar down on the bottom flashing red yet there's no call coming in. So I had to unplug the phone for not even the manager fixed it. The seat next to my window is covered with mold. The sink next to the bathroom is literally cracked all over the place and the drain is broken. I thought the water would leak out. For the tv, every time you turn it on you have to go to the input on the remote and go to HDMI in order to watch TV (In really not even a tv person). The bedding, sheets, pillows, bathroom towels and was clothes are all filthy. When i dried off I had glitter bits all over my body from the towels. The washcloths and all the towels just hurts your skin and they are tiny and get like two of them. I'm a very small woman too and that's saying something. 5'2, 110lbs and very petite. The entertainment piece is dusty big time. I have a very poor sense of smell and i can actually smell the filth. These sheets has not even been washed. If you order a medium pizza, it doesn't fit in the mini fridge. It's very hard to charge your devices for the outlets are not good at all. I have anxieties and trains and you can hear every little thing and nothing is soundproof. I have pictures of galore too.

When we arrived we noticed the chain lock on our door was broken and didn't work. We stayed the night anyways since we had a long drive and the next morning we drove to the beach. Upon return, we found that our bags had been opened and multiple items had been stolen from them. The housekeeping crew had obviously come through and replaced a few dead lightbulbs and replaced our towels so we knew they'd been through our room. We went and asked the front office person if they would refund our second night since the locks were broken and then we had stuff stolen from our closed bags. They refused and said refunds are against there policy but apparently they stand behind that stealing from their customers doesn't matter to them. We left without any refund despite being booked and having paid for a second night.

Worst hotel, not safe full of people on drugs and drunk, seringue all over the yard blood on the bed not clean foot steps on pillow. Cackroach in the room. I ask the front desk for refund and showed him the pictures he turn his back and screamed NO REFUND AVOID ATT ALL COST DANGEROUS HOTEL. Called hotel.com and they offered me a 25$ compension instead of full refund. **Not abble too download the pictures here**

It could have been a bit cleaner. You have to put a towel at the entrance door because there was a big gap for bugs to come in. No ice machine or vending. Towels and wash cloths were stained , bring your own . I guess I’ll give it an OK!

It was knats it my room. All days I stayed. Don’t know how. When I checked in the lobby was extremely hot. Waited like 15 mins after ringing the service bell. The room had like a smell when u entered but was okay after being in it. You can see stains on the mattress cover.

Lack of amenities

The black man working the desk was very rude. The staff need customer service training. The property is alright if you absolutely do not have the money to afford a better hotel. The motel needs some serious upgrades. Sheets are somewhat stained and dirty looking. Bathrooms and showers need upgrades. The sink handles need to be attached and not moving when using. There was no ironing board. The tv would not allow the Roku to work on it. The internet was horrible. This motel needs some serious work done to it.

Convenient location unkept & rundown. No amenities. Staff unpleasant. Just a cheap motel.

Great private area.

I was very pleased with all aspects of the room. The room was almost a 4 star. The room was very clean,quiet,spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend this motel and intend to stay whenever I am in town.

It was dirty, roaches everywhere, dirty laundry in the bathroom, dirty sheets and comforters had cigarette buds stains on them, dirty towels behind the door microwave and as dirty loud people outside the walls were dirty as well.

Not bad if you’re driving late and need a place to crash before heading to your final desitination.

had to change rooms. room not cleaned floor was dirty. i had roaches large. asked for another room. it was cleaned but shower did not work. television did not work. the place really need overhauling

No Kleenex boxes in the room.

Hard to get the hot water to work, towels and pillow case was dirty. Price was fair though, can’t complain too much.

The first room they gave me had hair and filth in the sink and bed. The room that they switched me to smelled of mildew and the sink was dirty but at least the sheets appeared to have been changed. A cup of coffee in the morning would have been nice but no dice.

Sadly I did not get to stay there and was still charged. My father called me late Friday night and I had to rush to Maryland , my grandmother who had just turned 101years on passed away . I did not remember about my room until it was too late and I was charged. I am sure the hotel was lovely. I really got the room to unwind and have some peace and quiet from the week at had at work and wanted to be alone. thanks anyways.

Front desk was unoccupied and I waited 10 mins for someone to come. The area of town was very sketchy and I wasn’t going to wait around to get mugged!

Very quiet area. Rooms look exactly how the picture shows. Housekeeping need to check sheets they were still stains. And pay more attention to the drains when cleaning .
