The property is a little old and lacking in power sockets, but other than that, the experience was great. Very impressed by how quickly the phone is answered when we called for reception – Practically instantaneous, the few times I called.

One of the very best JW Mariott properties we've ever stayed in. Check-in and check-out was super quick and efficient. Gym was very modern and not crowded. Room was very good. Breakfast was outstanding. Location is very good atop Pacific Place Mall. I would score this a solid 95/100.
