* Location to cafes and availability of the shuttlebus at the Dorsett Hotel. This bus service was ideal for getting to the railway station and is a big "plus".
* The room was adequate, but the bathroom needed a better soap dispenser and a toilet bush.
* Not sure why such a heavy donna is supplied in a tropical area and maybe a sheet and blanket would be sufficient. We found the donna to be heavy and hot.

Breakfast were okay. they were box breakfast but there was fresh coffee and juices.
Bedding wasn't changed so the cleanliness of the room wasn't that clean.

Breakfast not worth the hassle.
Shower head loose which would move under the pressure of the water and would wash the whole room!

I like the location of the hotel
The staff is not welcoming and the facilities are old fashion and have an overall cheap look.
