It was overall a comfortable stay in a practical hotel.

It’s a very neat property. It has many of the amenities one needs on a business trip and is no fuss.

Breakfast might be better. Drinking water bottles and water refilling stations might be better if on each floor - or on the 5th floor as well.

Would not recommend

Old room, not well maintained. Curtains very dirty, bed frame full of scratches and dirtiness, dirty dishes on the room. Very small room, couldn’t open all the suitcases. Sink was rusty. Receptionist was rude and the breakfast was really bad on those boxes. Looks like they are trying to use the hotel as much as they can to make renovations once they can’t stand it anymore.

Un peu déçue par la vétusté. Mais c'était propre.

Bien situé

Un peu déçue. Les photos me laissaient penser que l'hôtel était un peu mieux équipé. Le petit édeujner à emporter n'était pas bon.

All in all a very pleasant experience.

The staff where friendly and very accommodating to my requests.

The fact the I could hear my neighbor having sex with a prostitute was very disappointing

若還要去伊利沙伯體育館周邊出差，我會再次考慮這個住宿。

地理位置方便，交通接駁車方便，櫃檯人員也很友善。我選擇的房型兩張床雖然不是在各別的房間，但各自有隱蔽性，能夠得到很好的休息。空調不會太熱太冷，衛浴跟廁所也基本上乾淨整潔，整體環境好。

房間沒有附瓶裝水，而是拿玻璃瓶到一樓裝飲水機的水，雖然很環保但玻璃瓶太小了，兩個人一下子就喝完必須反覆下樓，希望至少每層樓都有飲水機。床邊窗景直接面對墓園，如果忌諱的人請自行斟酌。浴室排水有待改善。

Inconsistent policies. Confusing.

Nice hotel.

I had difficulty with the front desk personnel upon checking in. It took almost 2 hrs before we were finally accommodated. I had 2 kids and a senior citizen who were hungry and tired. You have inconsistent policies. You did not allow us to check in because you said the one booking for us is not traveling with us at that time, you want us to pay in cash instead but when the agency paid it online using their credit card you debited the amount from the credit card twice. You said you will not allow credit card not brought by the owner himself but yet you deducted the payment even without the approval of the owner. Your policy is confusing. Until now we have not heard from you if you have refunded the over payment. I kept following up to no avail.

Just an accommodation block no other facilities

Breakfast the limited choice collected from reception everyday was barely edible at times. This all had to be taken to room in plastic containers to be eaten. Cannot see how an alleged 4 star hotel does not have have a breakfast room

방이 나뉘어있던점, 화장실이 2개 인점, 조식이 테이크아웃으로 아침에 항상 준비되어 있던 점.

조식이 테이크아웃은 좋았으나 메뉴는 아쉬움. 컨벤션 센터까지 가는 셔틀은 좋았으나 저녁 셔틀이 너무 일찍 끝난게 아쉬움. 화장실 2개인건 좋은데 샤워실이 하나인것은 아쉬움. 방 싸이즈 대비 비용이 비쌈.

The room was very small . The AC wasn’t enough cold . The staff couldn’t understand my need . Location is far from shopping k malls and markets. Far from metro . Breakfast was very poor and served in the box . No any facilities like gym or swimming pool .

Location

The general hotel wasn't very clean or well maintained. The room wasn't clean, I dropped my socks on the bathroom floor and when I picked them up, I also grabbed a handful of female hair. I was travelling alone, so it wasn't mine. In addition, while I was out, without putting the room service notice on the door. Someone entered my apartment to test the fire alarms, then proceeded to use the toilet afterwards. How'd I know this? Well, it was obvious. When approached staff, he was friendly and after checking CCTV confirmed that they entered my room. This was done without any notification and I had sensitive paperwork on the bed at the time too.

Not as good as it used to be.

Good location for restaurants and bars.

The rooms are dated now. Stayed here a few times between 2010 and 2013 and the hotel was lovely then. Doesn’t seem like it’s kept up to date, modern or improved any. Bathroom was clean but needs a face lift. Mould and mildew present. Room was nice enough for the duration we were staying (1night), would have been disappointed had I been staying longer.

room is clean and near to some bus stops ,

far from MTR but there is a free shuttle bus right in the next hotel, so it’s good some staff in the reception are not respectful and kind enough, no patience in explaining locations and other stuff , they got easily irritated when you try to ask more questions.

Relaxing stay

Hotel is quiet and comfortable, we had a relaxing stay. There’s an outdoor patio on 5/F you can enjoy reading, and a shared microwave so you can reheat takeaway food. We enjoyed using the free shuttle bus service going to attractions in the Hong Kong Island. It’s thoughtful.

Disappointing

The check in time was 3 PM, and we did go to the hotel at 3 PM. We booked two rooms for 4 nights, and we requested that they are on the same floor. However, on the day that we arrived, we were told that if we want two rooms on the same floor, we would have to wait for at least an hour due to cleaning staff shortage. We, therefore, decided to stay on different floors, and we told the check in staff. However, we were told that the rooms were not both available, so the reception only gave us keycards for one room, and we were told to stay in that room and wait for another room to be ready? This incident was a total ridicule. Then, in one morning, I asked the reception to call a taxi for me. I was told to wait in the front of the hotel and get a taxi on my own. I waited for more than 15 mins in front of the hotel as the taxis were all with passengers, and I was late for my appointment. (The other guy did call a taxi for me the previous day.) When we booked the hotel, it did say that breakfast is available. It was actually available but in a box- just grab and go. In summary, would not come back. PS. the MTR is not in a walkable distance from the hotel, especially in late Spring- Summer.

Wonderful Hotel to Stay

The staff are very friendly, helpful, courteous, and professional, especially Kelvin and Sam. They made our stay at the hotel pleasant and enjoyable. The tram stop is one block away from the hotel and 3 stops to Sogo/Times Square. 10 minutes walk to Causeway Bay metro/Times Square. Hotel is in a quiet location, but close to various eateries at walking distance and lots of choices. Housekeeping is very efficient and service is prompt. Hotel will loan out umbrellas if it rains and provide free shuttle to Airport Express Line station, which is a plus. Will go back and stay at this hotel.

Not that I know of, but quite a bit of walking.

Very good

Location is excellent. With free shuttle service made it much convenience for us. The shuttle bus services is tip top. Very punctual and the ground staff is very helpful. The room is clean. Housekeeping👍
