All the staff we came across were so friendly, helpful and kind. The front of house staff, the cleaning staff, and the restaurant staff. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The fittings in our room were noticeably of a high quality. We loved the range of amazing books dotted throughout the hotel. The artwork in the foyer and Restaurent was very noticeable and quite unique. We really noticed the little things that make a BIG difference. I hope we are able to return one day. Thank you.

The location of the hotel was excellent and very convenient. The staff were extremely kind, respectful, and helpful throughout our stay. I also really appreciated how quiet and peaceful the hotel was, which made the stay very comfortable and relaxing.
The bathroom sliding door did not close properly, leaving a noticeable gap even when fully closed. This affected the privacy of the bathroom and was quite inconvenient.
