Comfortable beds, strong shower and quieter part of the city

Location
Awful mouldy smell & a humidifier in the room didnāt help. We had to change room after 1st night.
Sliding door of bathroom in the new room didnāt work & required fixing over 2 days!
Timber floor & adjoining carpet area near the bathroom was weeping & slippery. We had to leave a bath towel on the floor to soak up the moisture to avoid slipping. The hotel told us that we had to leave the aircon on even when we go out.
Room temperature is unstable. No air or Extreme cold air was blowing out from the aircon on & off regardless of temperature setting. We were told to set on 22-23 degree on the ceiling aircon & if too cold there is a little portable heater to use to combat the cold air. It didnāt help much & was ridiculous!
