My wife and I had a fabulous five days at the Park Vista!! The facilities are exceptional and the staff members are super nice. We have stayed there in the past and it just gets better and better. And yes… we love the chocolate chip cookies!!

Great hotel and great views!! Clean and awesome elevators and pool area! A baby bear was walking around outside!!

Was incredible!!! Only reason I didn’t rate a 5/5 was because they were out of hand soap, there wasn’t a hair dryer and the sheets had a weird stain on them when we arrived. But the views were unbelievable, we saw bears from the balcony! Beds were super comfy and we will 100% be back.

The hotel room was very basic but had everythibg you need. The best part was the live music, friendly bar onsite, and tons of stuff for kids to stay occupied outdoors: basketball, pickleball, swing, boardgames, and other sports equipment available. Our family had a great time and we will stay next time we are in the area. There is a nearby pizza and Italian restaurant 5 minutes away which we picked up food and ate on the Pineola patio next to the fire.

The staff was very friendly, and the room was comfortable. The only problem was when we took our granddaughter to the pool. It would help if you had someone to watch the pool area because there were much bigger kids being very rough. They did not give time for her to get off the slide before coming down and hurting her. She did not want to stay any longer, and we booked mainly for the pool.

This was a very nice hotel once upon a time. It is showing its age. The public areas and rooms need to be updated. The room was comfortable, and we liked the 2 king beds. The meal we ate at the restaurant was very good. I missed the note that indicated we would be charged $15/per day for parking. There are no other options because the hotel is at the top of a hill. The view was great.

We loved our stay the only issue we had were the old and uncomfortable mattresses.

We stayed for four nights and our room was never cleaned. We had to ask for towels, coffee, sugar, soap, etc. as the room wasn’t fully stocked when we arrived. The only outlet in the sink/vanity area did not work. The chlorine level in the pool seemed quite high. It burned our eyes after 5 minutes of being the pool area - even without getting in the water. Beds were fine, and the view was nice but I expected more given the cost.

The hotel had great views of the mountains. The location was nice that it was off the main strip away from the crowds but that was also a negative because it was difficult to go to the strip for food, etc. without paying $20 for parking. The hotel charges $15 per day for parking which was a bit ridiculous and it should be included in your stay. The cookies at check-in were good. As soon as we arrived after an 11 hour drive and got to room there was no toilet paper, towel in bathroom messed up, hair on toilet seat and it was wet, bodywash empty, no hand soap and signs the room was dirty. It was very strange and first time I've ever experienced this and I travel frequently. I contacted them and they quickly brought tp and soap and had housekeeping come back next day and clean (next day per my request bc we were exhausted). Housekeeping still didn't fill the body wash. The hot tub had so much chlorine you couldn't even sit in it for 5 mins without eyes burning. This was disappointing bc it's one of the reasons we booked this hotel. By day 5 of vacation the chlorine level was good enough to go in and stay for a bit. Breakfast buffet was good. Due to room issues we received voucher for free breakfast and that was appreciated. The hotel overall was a bit dirty and room didn't look like it's been vacuumed or dusted in awhile. Someone's old food crumbs were found on the floor in our room. This hotel would be much nicer if housekeeping did a better job. That was the biggest downfall.

We had a great stay. Pool is clean and so fun for the kiddos. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Food was good, and the convenience of the trolly to take you to and from downtown gatlinburg was a plus. Beds and rooms are clean and comfortable. Will stay again!

We stayed at Park Vista for spring break March 2024. The staff was amazing and accommodated our top floor request. The city view was amazing! You were almost the same height at Anakeesta and the Sky bridge. Rooms were okay but definitely good enough. It’s just older. The indoor pools, slides, and hot tub were awesome. Kids had a blast as did the parents. Views of downtown Gatlinburg and the mountains were amazing from inside the pool area. Only negative was one bathroom by the pool that had one stall. The bar and food was great. The drive to downtown was quick but steep. Parking at Anakeestas lot was easiest as it was at the bottom of the hill. $20 for the day then very easy to get back to the top of the hill to Park Vista. It was cool seeing your hotel from everywhere since it’s the only one that tall. Definitely too far to walk to downtown though from the hotel. I was hoping we could but no way. Would stay here again for sure!!

We had a great stay! The views from the room were beautiful. Having the trollley stop at the hotel was a great bonus. If I had any complaint it would be that the pool towels were pretty small.

It was a very comfortable stay we had lots of fun... the only negative thing is that they gave us someone elses room at first.. lucky they were not in it lol . But they fixed it real quick and the rest of the trip was great

Staff was friendly and the property is very beautiful. Not sure why the guests have to pay to park on property it’s not like you get valet service. Overall the stay was great minus the additional expense for parking.

Get away for my husband's birthday and the hotel and staff was superb! The mountain views were absolutely beautiful and the location is away from the congested areas but close to the fun. Will definitely be back!

The stay was ok. I was confused with to pay parking. On the website states parking available but not how much and they will charge on site. Also there was some bugs in the room. Bathroom had some black stuff in the sink and toilet can be better clean. I don’t want to see other people hair and pee stains.

The view from this hotel was very pretty. From our room you could see all of downtown gatlinburg. The pool was very neat and had a slide for the kiddos. The rooms were clean. I would def stay here again.

The location is great, close to downtown, but not within walking distance. The shuttle service was great, but last shuttle leaves at 9:30pm from downtown.
Our room had not been thoroughly cleaned. Floor had not been vacuumed and there was trash in the restroom from the previous guests. The remote to the TV was missing.
This was a couples getaway for us and it was not relaxing because we could hear kids screaming all evening and into the night.
Next time will choose a cabin, but very disappointed for a Hilton hotel.

Ridiculous to be charged to park vehicle, when parking lot is huge. Beds were comfortable, shower was in very small room. Hard to even turn around. Tv set up was absolutely horrible. Worst I’ve ever seen

Nice hotel. Wanting to charge $15 a day to park is ridiculous. Elevator was broken, and there were too many people for the other elevators in the morning. Waited over 20 minutes for an elevator and eventually had to walk down 15 flights of stairs. The elevator was broken our whole stay.

Hotel rooms are very clean and the hotel is incredibly nice. Food in the restaurants was affordable, delicious, and one the better deals in the area. If you are planning on staying here and walking to the strip you should start doing some hill climbers cause it is a pretty steep incline to get to the hotel but is worth the view you will get whether on the mountain or city side. Complimentary cookies at the front desk is a lifesaver for some quick tasty snacks after a day of tastings on the strip. Brandi is the best server you can get and I would recommend asking for her. We had an issue with a bartender being very rude and claiming they didn’t serve food in the bar area, we had eaten there the two previous nights. After notifying the other staff it was handled very quickly and the service continued to be top notch as it had been everyday of our stay. Overall this is a great place to stay and would definitely come back on our next trip.

The place was nice. I wish there would have been better service at the restaurant and food options for lunch and dinner. The rooms are nice just a bit dated and could have been better with cleanings, there was old washclothes and towels on the bathroom door and the bed had hair all over it. Parking wasn't horrible but the spaces are super tight and wasn't a fan of $15 a night parking when the hotel cost so much but the overall stay was nice. We would probably start again because the view was great.

We’ve stayed here many times through hotels.com we booked this trip last minute and my husband selected double king delux room. Traveling with 2 teens it was a surprise when we realized this room type was a king bed and a pull out queen sofa bed. The hotel was booked up and we couldn’t change. Besides a kid sleeping on the floor we had a good stay. Bedding, pillows, & mattress were better than most places we stay.

All was excellent but I did not like that I had to pay 15$ parking fee daily and it is not specified in Hotel Details it just say Parking Available
