We had a lot if trouble getting the room cleaned and fresh towels, something that should have been a regular daily occurrence. We just felt like we were unimportant and uncared for.

This is a good hotel. The only issue is that the room was not cleaned the next day. When we asked why not, we were informed by the front desk that we have to request the rooms to be cleaned. There is nowhere in the policy that states that, so we were very amazed.

We called the day before our arrival to confirm that everything was good with our reservation and the staff advised us that they had us in their system and told us the type of room we had reserved and that we were good to go. We drove over 8 hours and when we arrived we were informed that expedia had canceled our reservations the night before. We didn't even book this hotel through expedia. We were really upset that we had to start jumping through hoops at 9pm at night to find another hotel for a 5 night stay that we had booked mid- January. Honestly though I'm glad because when we walked into their lobby the smell of cigarette smoke inside their building was overwhelming and immediately gave me a headache. I can't speak for their rooms, but all the phone calls that they were receiving while we stood there were complaints.

it showed a hot plate in the pictures when i booked it but there was no hot plate but other wise the stay was great my husband really loved that we didn’t walk right into the bathroom and the room size wasn’t crammed

Check in process was quick and easy. Overall happy with how timely we were able to get checked in later in the night. Only issues were I requested a late check out that did not register with the employees who were scheduled to clean the room around 1130 one of the employees entered the room while my partner and I were still sleeping. no issues with check out fairly quick and simple. Great room for the price.

People complained about the rail yard across the street but my kids loved it and wasn't to loud at night. There's a gas station, McDonald's and Wendy's right next door for a quick meal. Overall very happy with the stay and will be back for future adventures in the area!

Very affordable room. Clean. Good location. Front desk was very nice and came up right away when we called about problem.
Room could use new carpet or at least shampoo. I always wear bootie socks, never bare feet. Socks were very dirty after 3 day stay. One issue: Rear entrance way was not cleared of slushy snow and I was afraid of falling.

When we arrived,the check-in was quick for their was no one else there. we did not go to our room right away. we found the room to be average. My daughters bed was either no made up right or someone had been on it. the sheets were not tucked in, and she had to make the bed all over again. Breakfast was average. Waffles, yogurt, and assortment of bread for toasting. It was from 6-9am. My daughter had a shift from 8-11 and I stayed back. Checkout was 11, but the manager said I could stay in the lounge until she came which was 12. I had a good nights sleep, all drinking cups were paper and plastic but were all wrapped individually. Small breakfast room. A stain on carpet in our room but bathrooms were clean. All in all it was a typical room. For the money (we paid $56 including tax) it was what we paid for. I would stay again.

Wow. Stay away from this place. Dirty and in great disrepair. Horribly stained bedding, dirty trash cans, broken towel racks, clogged toilet (not from our use). I could go on. We will never be back, that’s a promise.

Sheets were stained a bit but that might be even after washing them as they looked clean.
Chairs in the room were dusty & the bathroom doors were damaged a bit.
Overall for the price you pay & when it comes to just calling it a night while you are traveling, this is good

Very nice for a stop and go...maybe needs a refresh...large rooms...very comfortable beds...4 pillows...minutes from highway 83 or 81..excellent price with a complete breakfast....was VERY conveniant for us

It was nearly impossible to sleep. It sounded like the windows were open and all night I could hear train cars bumping and screeching as well as the traffic on the highway. Worst nights’ sleep.

We checked in 1am and checked out 7am. The room had terrible smell like there was a dead rat or squirrel. We had to leave the window open to get fresh air while trying to sleep.

The building smelt like weed. The room smelt bad as well. Room fresheners were purchased at a local store to help tolerate the bad smells.

upon entering my room i notice a mess on the floor almost directly in front od the door. it appeared as though someone thhrough the coffee maker onto the floor as well as all of the necessary items to make the coffee. there was something wrong with the tv/cable box as well. after trying to troubleshoot it myself and not have success i called down to the front desk and no one answered. i then went down to the front desk to speak with him in person and he was no where to be found. the tv also started to smell like burnt plastic the longer i had it turned on so i t urned it off snd unplugged it.
