Great stuff, Mr Anas was super helpful during our checking and provided us with a quick tour of the city on a map 🗺️ suggested good restaurants. The hotel itself was clean, quiet and located in the heart of downtown where everything was within walking distance. I will suggest this hotel to anyone.

Easy check-in process. Very friendly staff. provided with ideas of things to do while on vacation. Free breakfast. Walking distance from many attractions, bars, stores and entertainments.

I was hesitant to book here because of some of the negative reviews. But overall, it was an enjoyable experience and I'll come back if I'm ever in town again. The staff are nice and helpful, but don't expect the west coast attitude of extreme niceness and pretending from them! The location is awesome, very walkable and close to Berri-UQAM Metro station. Also many shops/restaurants are in walking distance. The room was cozy and nice, but the curtains are kind of short and a bit of cold weather gets in (but still manageable). The breakfast was pleasant and anyone who cooks the bacon, needs a raise! But the hot water container had lukewarm water at all times, making it impossible to make tea. Also, shout out to the Asian young gentleman who worked in the breakfast area, helping guests on the weekend. Unfortunately I forgot his name, but he's definitely an asset to the hotel.

Great hotel, a fantastic continental breakfast, my only complaint is that it is a little further from Old Town than I would like. Some of the less physically active in the group struggled walking to all the sights and back.

Really cheap breakfast. They buy packed goods and give it to guests. Room service doesn’t come everyday intentionally. They won’t let you checkout early.

Front desk staff not very engaging Stood for 5 mins for check in when I was the only one there. 2 staff sitting at the desk and neither look up to at least acknowledge me. Not friendly at all. Besides that, the room was great

We were told the parking fee of $30.00 would cover our 3 night stay when we asked upon arrival. Then we were charged $30 for each night. That was unacceptable! We had to leave to be at another place or I would have fought the charge. Make sure you get it in writing if you’re told the same thing.

So the beds are quite comfortable with pretty much unlimited pillows, Rooms are spacious for standard hotel rooms. Staff is really nice, helpful and courteous. Breakfast is good and a lot for what u would normally get at a hotel when they offer free breakfast. Not just ur standard continental breakfast. Espressos are amazing not ur pod espressos but actually traditional espresso and made right! Get a couple since they’re included with breakfast. Great location very central to everything, bus and subway within a few blocks Only hiccup we had was the city water woks decided to shutdown water on Sunday from 10-2pm so u would think ok I’ll get up early so it’s not an issue. Who would ever think the city would start early, and on a Sunday. Needless to say was a little disconcerting to wake up needing to use the bathroom when there’s no water and u had planned ahead. Not really the hotels fault as the city will do as the city wants. Hotel could probably learn from the experience as well and let clients know the city I known to start early than they say. On the plus side the city did finish over 2hrs early so water was back on by noon. Would definitely stay again.

This is a really nice hotel wirh excellent staff. The main problem with this place is the very limited parking that is available. I parled a couple blocks away in an underground lot that is safe, but it was very inconvenient especially during the two rain storms that came through.

The property is located in a great location, walking distance to most sites, especially the old port. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Just a couple of minor drawbacks were parking and no swimming pool. Other than these, it's a great hotel for families.

Other reviewers were correct. The location was unbeatable. You can walk to Berri station less than 4 min, or bus stop less than 3 min. Having the free breakfast option was a nice treat. When I went to 6:45 am for breakfast, everything was hot and ready to go. When I went at 8 on the following day, it was not as pleasant as the first day because there were way more people. It might be a good idea set your alarm at 6:30 am. This place is not hotel, it’s Inn. I spent $275 per day for two queen beds unit and $13 per day for the parking. The parking map I received from the receptionist was outdated , because some places on the map were no longer existed. I was lucky to find the car going to parking lot after going around hotel half an hour. The map said ‘alleyway’ but it was ‘driveway’. It looked like sidewalk so I wouldn’t think the driveway would lead to parking lot. The sign could not be found because of the trees. If you see “Gate D’autocars de Montreal”, you need to make left turn (the parking lot is under grand library and the other side of the “Gate d’autocars”. I took a pictures of the building to share with future travellers, I would upload it if I could find the way to do it with this review. Bottom line, $550 for two days were little too pricy for inn. However, the beds and rooms were clean(ac was little too loud so I turned it off at night), washroom was renovated, good staffs. Will I go back? I will if I could find it at less than $200 a day after tax/fee.

Only negative was having to park at library overnight which was a 8 min walk with all street construction. Positive on that was only $13 for 24 hours
