The hotel was good where facilities are concerned. The breakfast was basic but ok but the area to sit around during peak mornings was full most times. The offer of 24/7 coffee facilities near the reception was a great idea. The metro was just across the hotel but we didn’t use as everything is in French and we preferred to use Uber.
Actually nothing, only if they can provide a safe in the room would help to secure valuables.

The staff was excellent very accommodating kind nice couldn’t say more and we’ve stayed in hotels all around the world five stars included, and I have to tell you this stuff goes well beyond and just completely welcoming

The location is great. Subway station is right across the street.
We asked to change the comforter cover because the scent was too strong. We had to ask them two days in a row. However, the front desk staff was really nice.

The district was a bit dodgy overall though it was easily reachable by public transport. The hotel and the decor felt more like an upmarket youth hostel - not quite what was expected from the brand. WiFi was OK though not always working optimally.
