Particularly well located. The 747 shuttle to/from the airport stops right there. And it's right downtown so it's convenient to go just about anywhere. Clean, quiet, comfortable.
Taking a deposit upon checking-in is quite annoying (though I understand why they want to do so...) but that seems to be the new trend now.

What was good:
· The location is great — convenient and well-situated.
Unfortunately, this hotel did not live up to expectations. The biggest issue is misleading photos — I booked one type of room, but upon arrival, I was given a completely different one, and it was noticeably worse.
What went wrong:
· In-room amenities: The description listed a coffee maker, but there was none in the room. What is advertised simply isn't there.
· Bathroom supplies: No shampoo or conditioner provided. I'm not even mentioning toothpaste or a toothbrush — they don't offer those either.
· Luggage storage policy: Check-out is at 12:00 sharp. If you want to leave your suitcase after that, be prepared to pay $4 in CASH. This came as an unpleasant surprise, as most hotels offer this service for free.
