Room#1:
I had two rooms booked for that night. When we got the keys for the rooms, we found that one of rooms had someone else’s clothes, shoes and other stuff. It’s probably used by other guests at that time. After complaining at the reception, he checked the system and told me that it shows in the system that it’s a clean room. Then he and another maintenance guy took us to the room and both found that the room was filled with someone else’s stuff. Then they gave us a different room.
Room#2:
When we went for shower, there were no soap, shampoo & conditioners. I had to call the reception again to ask for these stuff & I had to go to the reception to get the refills.

The A/C in the room did not work and it was very warm in the room during the night.
