Quite possibly the best hotel I've ever been to. From the beautiful lobby to the exceptional service to the modern room to the excellent restaurant breakfast, Hotel I'ITHQ provided a wonderful experience for our stay in Montreal.
We were in town to see an Alanna Sterling - Mermaid Unicorn concert a short drive away. The hotel's parking garage added an excellent convenience. I would highly recommend it and we will definitely stay here again when we return to Montreal.

We had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed the property. Service and staff were A , the location is perfect for both walking the city and public transportation (the Metro is in the same building). The rooms were adorable, we had a beautiful view, very clean and well appointed. The only thing I'd change is I'd go for a one Queen bed room instead of two, we didn't need the second bed and would have enjoyed a bit of extra room to move around - not the hotel's fault at all, I booked that way, just would do different next time. I would recommend L'ITHQ to anyone and we will definitely be back!

The room is beautifully designed. Shower has a rainfall shower head. No tub. There was an umbrella in the closet which I used during my stay. Balcony to get some fresh air and look around, or have coffee out there if the weather is warm. Little Nespresso coffee maker. Hot breakfast is very good. Indoor underground parking was very easy to use. Would recommend.

Didn't give 5 stars: poor service at breakfast: we were clearly unwanted, and we had to ask many times for items. We were rushed and asked to leave at 10:25 because they were closing at 10:30. Food was cold because the buffet ran out of gas. Disappointing.

Best hotel experience I’ve had in a long time… No excuses about Covid, lack of help, etc. Just delightful service extremely comfortable beds beautiful view, excellent breakfast. And a very helpful, friendly and complaining. Staff was extraordinarily helpful and friendly… room was immaculate. decor was sleek, modern, no fuss, but with everything you could possibly need. Shower with its waterfall and hand spray Was so relaxing! And the bed mattress!!!….don’t know what it was, but it was like sleeping on marshmallows after a long day. Highly highly recommend.

A friend and I spent one night at the hotel I'ITHQ in Montreal. It was a great experience. This hotel is associated with a school of hospitality so everyone working there is a student at the school. There were a couple minor mistakes made, but they were quickly corrected. The second bed in the 2 bed rooms is a Murphy bed which we were a bit concerned about but it had a thick mattress and was very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice with a lot of options. Parking available underground for a reasonable price. The hotel is not in old town if that is your destination. It was very convenient for our visits to the jean talon market, botanical gardens, Mount royal and Fairmount bagels. Hotel looked and smashed clean and updated. They have only around 40 rooms so it fills up quickly. If you want to be in that area, I highly recommend.

Check in took a long time as the person at the front desk could not find my reservation. Then there was a problem processing my credit card. Room was okay but the sheets on the bed did not look clean as there was hair. Breakfast was okay. The location was good.

Stayed here for New Year's with my partner. We were checked in by a very lovely front desk receptionist (I think her name was Lauren) who quite graciously informed us that our room had been upgraded to a suite. What a fantastic treat after a long day of traveling! The suite we got was well-furnished, spacious, and spotless. The handwritten welcome card and gift were a nice touch! The suite had a nice view of Mount Royal and the Montreal cross as well. Our room was heated well, which was a blessing since there was a bad snowstorm outside. Parking was underground and priced reasonably. Breakfast was included in the room rate; the food was good but it was the same throughout the three days we were there--some variety would have been nice but not necessary. The servers at breakfast, and our housekeeping crew, were all pleasant and efficient. The two minor things that could be improved were the water pressure in the shower, and the check out process: we were checked out by a nice young lady who appeared to be in training, and who was being helped out by who looked like a core staff. There was some confusion about the amount in the check out receipt vs. The amount in the deposit receipt (we thought we were being doubled charged), but it was cleared up on the spot. It could have been something to do with the language barrier (we didnt speak French). Overall, this was incredible value made even better by the highly efficient and pleasant service. 100% would stay again!

The bed was super comfy and both myself and my daughter had two great nights of sleep. Our view from our balcony was amazing and overlooks the city with a church. It is a nice postcard picture.
