The room was small but well appointed and seemed to have been renovated recently. Nice TV, great shower, AC and a small fridge.
I was a little tall for the bed but it was comfortable.

Friendly service. We arrived about 9pm and the staff was informed of our late arrival and waited for us to check in. Small cozy hotel but the spaces were clean and amenities were functional (It has a fridge with a freezer section!). No elevator but taking small luggages up is doable. It is located within 5-10 minutes from Berri-UQAM (a major Metro transit), eateries in Rue St Catherine & Rue St Denis, IGA supermarket in Rue St Catherine, food court in Plaza Dupuis, and Grand Bibliotheque.

The room was cleaned
Well going into the building smelling too much burning incense make me sick. The tv was really hard to get stations even the staff did not know how to use it. And on the Saturday we had no running water cause something happen I guess did not tell me exactly from 7am to 5 pm so I had to stay outside and go places where I could use washroom and language barrier was not good.
