Would not recommend

They kept our luggage for us as we arrived early. The sheets and towels were clean.

We paid an insane amount for a room with double bed that was not a good mattress at all, on a shaky frame, with no breakfast. We slept the first night because overly tired by a red-eye flight that morning, but otherwise barely slept. Everything in the room is cheap, mostly clean but runs on the cheapest possible everything, pillow, mattress, bed, tv, furnitures, toilet paper, etc.

Exceeded expectations.

The hotel is one block from the metro, which makes it easy to get anywhere. Also, the staff was very friendly.

Small hotel at the right price.

Good value for money. Ideal location - short walk to the bus station for airport bus, close to Metro. My room was quiet. Wifi was good most of the time. 24 hour desk useful for late arrival.

No elevator would be a problem for some people, but actually In prefer walking up a few flights of stairs compared with hotels where you always have to wait for the lift.

The location was really close to the old port area, and the check in process was really easy. Very convenient to the bus station, which was fantastic for us.

The area around the hotel felt a little rougher than expected but okay. Quite a lot of noise and traffic sounds at night.

My stay was fine as I only needed a place to sleep for a few hours. I had a very short business trip

The location of this hotel is 1 block away from the metro station and this was very convenient for me. Also, the front desk person was there when I checked in and when I checked out so this was convenient as well (I have experienced quite a few hotels where I am waiting several minutes before someone arrives). She was also very accommodating when I had requests.

The room was ok but the street that the hotel is on has a lot of graffiti and there was no elevator to take my luggage upstairs.

Good for the price

Close to metro. Friendly staff. Clean. Well priced.

No coffee maker. Only 2 towels, no washcloth. But otherwise happy.

Good

The room was warm, it was clean and the bathroom was nice.

The pillows were very thin and lumpy, the bed was a bit hard and the blankets very very thin.

Excellent value for money

The room was immaculate and the bed was very comfy. The owner was extremely kind and helpful and even helped me carry my suitcases up the stairs.

I know Montreal and am familiar with the area around the bus station. Some might find it a bit "rough" but it's very convenient for public transport and nothing to worry about if you're used to the big city.

The location is in the center, convenient to travel, there is parking, clean rooms, new and clean mattress beds, especially the hotel owner is very friendly to guide the place to eat. In other words, everything is great.

The room and mattress bed was clean, new and comfortable. The owner is friendly and the location is convenient for travel.

Good hotel for

The room was ok for the price, close to several bars and just a 20 min walk from the old Montreal. The ladies in the reception were nice and helpful and hold my luggage before I check in and after check out. Comfortable for one person.

Not sure if it would be comfortable for 2 people... I was also expecting something more "modern" for the price I paid but might be ok due to the location. The ladies were really nice but had hard time to communicate at times.
