Great room in a great location, easy walk to Place des Arts, Chinatown, and underground market. Hotel has a good vibe. The only downside was that the housekeeping wasn't up to the mark.

Really enjoyed our stay. The location was a short walk to subway stops and several bus lines. The room was spacious and well updated. Free parking was a nice bonus.

We had a nice stay! Staff was friendly and helpful as intended. Valet parking was confusing and slow because there was only one valet so he was often gone to pick a car so we had to stand in lobby about 10 minutes both time we took the car out. Overall the room was fine, and wide enough. Nothing amazed me, but everything was on par with my expectations which are usually pretty high. The hotel is only 5 floors, which is a bummer for the location because the view would be great. They took into consideration my ask tk be far from elevators or ice machines so that was a win!

Great price, really nice room (granted, we got a free upgrade) adjoined cafe, perfect location. Stone's throw of everywhere we wanted to be: Place des Arts, Chinatown, St Laurent, Eaton Centre. The only caveat would be if you are a light sleeper, the hotel is located at the intersection of two big roads. But our 2nd floor suite was on the corner, bordering both streets and we had zero issue with street noise. But we sleep like the dead.

Overall 10/10. Hotel was clean, great amenities, excellent customer service! It is in a great location within walking distance to many shops, the Metro, bus stops. This will be my go-to hotel whenever I’m in Montreal.

We spent 2 nights in Montreal at Hotel 10 for New Year's Eve. The hotel was nice. Staff was nice. It was a bit longer walk to Old Town than I anticipated. More like 25 minutes instead of the 15 I hoped. There are lots of bars and restaurants that aren't far from the hotel, so we enjoyed exploring those. And a couple of times when we were too tired to walk back and forth, we took an Uber which came immediately, and cost less than 10$ for 4 people. We booked this place because we heard it had a bar. We thought that would be fun for NYE. The bar closed about 4 months ago so don't count on that. The lobby had a cute sitting area and a jigsaw puzzle, are you could often seem family or friend working on it which was cute. We parked down the street. While the staff told us parking on the street was totally free on the weekends, we saw this changed on September 2023 when they setup parking meters that are in effect on Saturday and Sunday. Not sure if there were any meter maids out enforcing this - I didn't see any, but then again it was a holiday weekend. Not sure if the valet parking allows in and out throught the day. I would go back again. It was nice.

Hotel was in good location to downtown and Old Montreal. However, the room air was dry. Room service did not come the first day to clean the room.

Loved the location with easy access to transit and thought it was an affordable option. It has a fun vibe and loved seeing many puppies at check in. My bathroom may have been fully cleaned upon entry, but overall I think that was a one off as rest of room was pristine. No complaints with my stay and it largely reflected exiting comments. I would not call it an upscale property if that is what you're looking for, but recommend as a comfortable and cost effective option.

property needs slippers in bedrooms photo had a tub but we got a shower in room only staff haven’t deposited remaining $ yet from deposit check in at 4pm when you’re paying over 250$ a day isnt right either

Wonderful all round!! Quiet but yet most places are within a 30 mins walk; Mount Royal was longer. Nevertheless, we will return. Staff from reception, valet, housekeeping and the bar were friendly and helpful. We forgot to report some issues which did not bother us but it’s something to look at. Pls check the bulbs for the bedside reading lamps and the makeup mirror.

pretty solid value and good service. There was a breakfast buffet I wasn't even aware of for $24 i might have taken part in. If you can get it inclusive, it looked worth it. Valet parking was useful and quick. Base of St. Laurent made it great location for almost any direction. Beds were comfy. Great coffee bar on the corner.

The room described in the pictures is not the room I got. I was told when breakfast was at I was told where breakfast was I was not told that breakfast was $25 per person for a croissant and a bowl of fresh fruit because the French toast was soggy

all good, except parking facility is NOT convenient due to the limited space, The 1st day night, valet parking gentlemen was very rough on my vehicle parking because we need to go with him to the basement due to the rainfalls. The rest is all good. Thank you
